Very clean hotel, perfect location, quiet room for sleep. Receptionist Cindy was very nice, professional and helpful. Nice experience, will always lodge here anytime I’m in Foshan. I recommend this hotel to everyone.

Everything else was great, but why did I have to wait 30 minutes for my food delivery? By the time it arrived, the food was cold. Luckily it's summer; it would be a real problem in winter! I'm not making this up; I have proof. The delivery person called at 7:52 PM saying the robot had already brought it up, but the robot didn't reach my room door until 8:22 PM. I wonder if the food has to go through some kind of inspection on the ground floor before being delivered. That's probably it, and they don't bother to communicate with you about it. It just takes that long, as if they're saying 'take it or leave it.' No worries, I'll still stay at your hotel next time.

The room was quite clean, and the facilities were new and smart. It was also well-soundproofed at night, ensuring a good sleep. The front desk lady had excellent service, readily agreeing to help with hot water. The breakfast had a wide variety of options. After visiting Zumiao Temple, I recommend trying the double-skin milk pudding at Minxin Old Shop.

I had a wonderful stay at Ramada Encore Foshan. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth, comfortable, and well organized. The hotel was clean, convenient, and the staff were very helpful and welcoming. A special thank you to Cindy at the front desk, who was exceptionally helpful throughout my stay. She helped me get extra water whenever I needed it and was always happy to provide information about the hotel and Foshan, including recommendations and helpful guidance around the city. Her friendly and professional attitude really made the stay more pleasant. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend Ramada Encore Foshan to anyone visiting Foshan. I had a great experience at Ramada Encore by Wyndham. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and well-organized. I especially want to thank Yolanda, the manager, who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. She kindly arranged an early check-in and a late check-out, which was extremely helpful for my schedule. She also assisted me with my gifts and packages, making sure everything was taken care of perfectly. The room was clean, spacious, and had everything I needed. The service throughout my stay was excellent, and I truly appreciated the warm and professional attitude of the entire team. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Guangzhou.
