The grandeur of this hotel is totally amazing. The fragrance of the entrance and the room is so nice. This is the best hotel I've stayed so far. It's convenient as well. There are shops right outside. I highly recommend this hotel.

Having stayed here multiple times, this was the worst experience ever 👎 The TV and internet in the room were terrible; it would buffer every few minutes. I called the front desk several times for repairs, but the problem remained unresolved. After washing my hair that evening, I found the hairdryer covered in dust. When I locked the door at night, I discovered the security chain was broken and no one had repaired it. I communicated with the front desk multiple times to negotiate a solution, and they offered to change rooms very late at night, which was inconvenient considering I had already stayed for so long. On checkout day, I spoke with the lobby manager, but he was rude and spoke harshly, pushing all the problems onto the customer without any intention of negotiating a solution. He was just there to shirk responsibility, which made me very angry 😡 I'm angry because he lacked sincerity in resolving the issue, didn't reflect on the problems with the hotel's facilities, and was angry at the communication attitude of the hotel representative (lobby manager)! Where is the customer-first service philosophy?

It's pretty new, but the smell is a bit strong. They said they'd give us fruit, but it was all rotten and inedible; they should have just not included it. I live on the fifth floor, and there are restaurants and entertainment venues downstairs, so it's a bit noisy. Breakfast is just a small bar; even at 7 AM, they still had no porridge, so we could only have boiled water.

The returning guest was utterly unacceptable. First, this was a last-minute room, which wasn't mentioned during check-in. We only found out upon arrival, and when we tried to change rooms, they were already full. They could have booked the last-minute room earlier that night to reserve other rooms! Secondly, what I find perplexing and disappointing is the room cleanliness. There was an old bottle with liquid in it. I called the front desk immediately, but no one came to inspect or clean it. I emphasized this the next day at check-out, but received no response or explanation. Is this a team led by an amateur with no management skills? For such a large hotel company, how can there be no standardized service training? It's as if it happened and that's it; have they considered the psychological impact on guests and how long this nausea will last?! Also, if I remember correctly, they used to have a selection of pillows, but when I called that night, they said they didn't have any!

This is my second time staying at this hotel for five nights. The staff are friendly and the smart home is great. The cleaning standards for consecutive stays can be higher. But I am really satisfied and like it very much. The location is excellent

The front desk clerks were sincere, polite and helpful. The laser show in the Chinese restaurant was wonderful.
