A very pleasant stay. The hotel has a quiet and comfortable atmosphere overall. The room was clean with no strange odors, and the bedding was soft, ensuring a good night's rest. The staff were friendly.

New! Excellent service with a classic 5-star hotel feel. The room was clean, the mattress comfortable, and the air conditioning temperature was just right and controllable. The shower pressure and water temperature were also perfectly adjustable. Overall, a superb experience and a great choice for business travelers. Minor drawbacks: 1. Toiletries didn't have Chinese labeling. 2. The main door was difficult to close properly, often triggering an annoying 'beep beep beep' warning sound.

The room was spacious, and the lady at the front desk was very efficient with check-in. She was also quick to help whenever I had an issue. Since we had a child with us, they even gave us a small gift, which made my kid very happy. Plus, they offered a car service to Guangzhou South Station, which was really great.
