The dirtiest apartment ever! It was covered in dust! The mattress, pillows, and blankets had hair and black spots; the mattress spring seemed broken! The bathroom water heater was malfunctioning, automatically shutting off, so there wasn't enough hot water for a proper shower! Poor water pressure! The kids' LEGO sets were covered in dust! The kids' feet were black! Most ridiculously, there was smoke on the floor in the non-smoking room! Insufficient cleaning!! Absolutely not recommended! The 2-star service rating is for the staff, but they couldn't solve any problems!!

The changed location is more convenient; it's opposite Chunhui Garden and Huagai Pedestrian Street, within walking distance, making it very convenient for tourists. Room features include an electric mahjong table, and two separate toilets so guests in three rooms don't have to share one. There is a kitchen...if needed. There is a washing machine...you can do laundry here if you're staying multiple days; please bring your own detergent. The only minor drawback...there was some accumulated hair in the toilet cleaning hole upon check-in, so the toilet cleanliness could be improved. Also, the living room floor tiles are cracked, so please be mindful of that. The guesthouse provides disposable paper towels; please bring your own if you prefer.

設施較舊，牆身污漬多，清潔不足，地上有不少頭髮，廁所牆上有毛髮，廁所沒有捲紙，衹有面紙提供，花灑頭水柱十分幼細，打得皮膚很痛。房間電力要有手機連了wifi才有，外出手機離開了就會斷電，冰箱放東西要注意，圖片有點是P過的，要不要訂自行考慮一下：）

入住一天，紙巾就兩三包，根本不夠用，店家説是有限的。房租的環境一般，衞生條件差，床上毛髮異物都會有。衞生間衞生也一般，空間也小。

整體房間很舒服，也很乾凈 管家溝通的也很舒服，有問題立馬就能解決，我們當天是走錯了地方溝通之後給我們換到了更大的房間，下次來順德還會再來 很適合朋友，三四個一起入住，還能打打麻將啊，休閑娛樂很舒服

有麻將，設施齊全，房東也很貼心，朋友一起出來玩很開心，下次還會再過來住

帶家人來佛山玩，位置很好，地鐵直達不用折騰，去順峯山很方便。全屋智能開關窗簾燈光，床墊軟硬適中睡得安穩。衞生打掃的乾淨，管家迴應速度，整體舒適又划算。

酒店庭院式設計太治癒！綠植環繞、流水潺潺，房間自帶露台，夜晚吹着風超愜意。衞生乾淨無死角，服務温柔有分寸，早餐有本地特色小吃，度假感拉滿～
