Atour Hotel Foshan Zu Miao Lingnan Tiandi‌

I've never been so desperate to give a hotel a bad review. It was an absolutely terrible night. This is a complete subway hotel! The trains rumbled by with a dense, rhythmic, thunder-like sound that didn't stop until around 00:15 in the middle of the night! I thought I could finally get some quiet sleep, but then I discovered this hotel has serious design flaws. The shower pipes are almost zero soundproofed, so when someone showered upstairs in the middle of the night, we downstairs suffered from the constant gushing noise! Conversations in the hallway were also perfectly clear. The subway officially starts at 6 AM, but in reality, trains were already running before 5:30 AM! I got no sleep all night, then was woken up again early in the morning – a night of torture that left me with frayed nerves… The family room, costing 650, was barely 20 square meters, so small you'd bump into things just walking around. When I pulled out the hairdryer, a used tissue came out with it… I was speechless! I want to give zero points for everything. The only 3 points go to the staff; this hotel has serious flaws, but the employees are the only normal ones… they are innocent…

The hotel is conveniently located near Lingnan Tiandi, with plenty of food options. The front desk staff were very friendly and proactively upgraded my room. The hygiene was consistently good, as always. The bedding is a signature of Atour. Excellent, highly recommended!

Did I just stay at a fake Atour? Can you believe this is a 550 CNY hotel? It felt like a 100 CNY budget hotel in a tier 3 or 4 city (⊙﹏⊙). The decor and materials are extremely poor, and the 'paper-thin' doors mean I could hear exactly what TV my neighbors were watching and how many people were talking at night, crystal clear. It seems they spent all their money on the lobby's装修 and nothing else. Honestly, it was a terrible experience. I strongly advise everyone to stay at the Hanting a few kilometers away instead.

I've stayed here many times. The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Lingnan Tiandi, and there are plenty of shopping malls nearby. The bedding is very comfortable, the soundproofing is good, and all the room's facilities are smart. The tea is also delicious.

The location is fantastic, right across from Zumiao Temple and Lingnan Tiandi. However, it's a bit noisy since it's on a main street, and you can faintly feel the subway passing by. Other than that, everything else is great. The breakfast is quite good for an Atour hotel overall.

It's pretty good. It's right across from Lingnan Tiandi, surrounded by places to eat, and Nam Kee Congee Shop is right next door.

I really like Atour hotels; they're my go-to whenever I travel. For this holiday, I chose Guangzhou to visit the hometowns of Wong Fei-hung and Ip Man, and to see the lion dance performances. Staying at the Lingnan Tiandi Atour Hotel was a fantastic experience. The front desk staff was incredibly warm and welcoming, the room was spotless, and the breakfast spread was excellent. A truly great experience overall.

This Atour hotel is the only one I've stayed at that had hygiene issues. At the lobby bar, there was a glass pitcher. When I checked in, I went to get a glass of water and noticed the lid wasn't properly closed, and there were small black bugs flying around the water. It looked really dirty. When I checked out, I was waiting for my car there, and the pitcher still didn't have its lid on properly; there was no water, just cucumber and lemon left. It left a very bad impression. And in the room, as soon as I entered, I was about to boil some water and saw there were many tea stains on the countertop, and the cups were moldy. I really wanted to contact the front desk then, but I was too lazy to bother. Other than that, everything else was good.
