Your repeated complaints about the room being too small, the soundproofing being poor, the environment being noisy, and the price not matching the experience, have all made us realize that this is completely inconsistent with our standards for room quality. Upon receiving your feedback, we immediately reviewed the room type you stayed in and confirmed significant shortcomings in the space planning and soundproofing. We sincerely apologize! Regarding the pricing issue, we are also reassessing the pricing logic for this room type to ensure that the value for money matches the guest experience. While the "good location" you mentioned is an advantage, the surrounding noise negatively impacted the experience. We will immediately install soundproof curtains in rooms facing the street and clearly indicate the "street facing/quiet" option when booking, giving guests a clearer choice. We apologize again for your negative experience. Your anger and negative feedback are the most severe spur to us. If you would like to give us a chance to make amends, please contact us privately when you travel again in the future, and we will upgrade you to a quiet and spacious room free of charge, simply to show you our sincerity in improving.
