設施：該有的設施設備都齊全，就是有個小遺憾，空氣凈化器的濾芯沒換新，所以衹能當擺設。
衞生：沒發現有明顯問題
環境：周邊是住宅區辦公樓，安靜，有地鐵站不遠，旁邊是千燈湖，不遠有商區，挺好
服務：沒啥問題

前台服務態度不錯。清潔阿姨清潔不到位，沙發蓋毯上有肉眼可見的垃圾異物，沙發蓋毯不是每天清洗更換，總得拿來下抖抖上面的灰塵和垃圾吧。公寓牆面鼓包，業主或者公寓管理承包方還不捨得修繕一下嗎，這點小錢不捨得拿出來修繕整理一下，導致入住體驗感差，產生差評多了就影響入住率，也影響公寓收入。

它這個酒店是上到五樓然後出電梯，走平台（類似空中花園）然後去六樓登記入住，房間挺不錯的，畢竟這個價位我覺得已經很好啦！但就是，記得要帶自己的充電頭，因為房間裏面的充電頭要掃碼租借的

房間很乾凈哦，床也很舒適，洗衣機廚房小沙發齊全，但是我不用烹飪，叫外賣也很方便，沙發和茶几作辦公的位置，很適合我這種出差人士，窗外的景色也很好看，夠安靜，沒有那種吵吵鬧鬧的感覺，體驗感十足，推薦你們來！不懂的諮詢前台小姐姐就好了！
