Great value for money! The rooms are quiet and clean, and the staff are polite. I had a comfortable and peaceful stay. This is definitely my top choice for accommodation when traveling.

I booked a business room and the environment was really good, with lots of great food options nearby.

The hotel location is super convenient, right by the subway exit, and there are tons of restaurants around. Plus, there are shopping malls nearby and right across the street. The environment is comfortable and clean, and the service is warm and friendly. My kids absolutely loved it! Definitely recommend it. ☕

Service was mediocre, and the front desk staff weren't very friendly. The lobby was noisy and a bit chaotic.

First off, the front desk staff wasn't welcoming at all, not a single smile. When I got to the room, as soon as I opened the door, there was a foul odor. The carpet was uneven, making it uncomfortable to walk on. The bathroom floor was sticky, and there was a persistent old urine smell. I tried to clean it myself by pouring mouthwash on the floor, but the drain was clogged. I had to call for help, and thankfully, the staff member who came was quite helpful. They promptly cleaned it up and unclogged the drain. The engineering team said they could only completely fix it next time because it was a complicated issue, so I just let it go since I'd already cleaned it myself. I was also worried that a different room might be even dirtier. Later that night, when I pulled back the duvet, I found some unwashed stains. I called the front desk, but it just went to voicemail. After half an hour with no reply, I decided to go down to reception to sort things out. Before I even got to the elevator, I heard a housekeeper cleaning, so I asked her for a duvet cover. I told her the bedsheets were so dirty and asked if I could get a new set. She got one for me, but didn't offer to change it, so I ended up changing it myself in my room! Overall, for a room costing over 400 yuan, the experience was extremely poor. It's clearly a major management issue! I've never stayed in such a dirty hotel in Guangdong province; I will definitely not be coming back!

The room decor was really old-fashioned. I booked an executive king room, but the amenities were exactly the same as a deluxe king, which didn't match the photos online. There was a musty smell when I first entered the room. The staff later moved me to another room, but it seemed like they had just sprayed air freshener, as the scent was quite strong. Also, the advertised Kung Fu tea set was missing. Overall, it was a very poor experience.

The night was very quiet, and the mattress and pillows were super comfortable. The hotel breakfast was also rich and varied. Highly recommend!

The management is really going downhill. The fruit was rotten and the showerhead was leaking. I absolutely could not accept the rotten fruit. Don't the managers even check for leaking showerheads? This has happened many times. The overall experience is getting worse and worse.

The hotel is conveniently located right by a subway station, making it easy to get to Chancheng, Shunde, and Guangzhou South Station. The room was bright and spacious with a great city view. Breakfast was good and the hygiene was excellent. Overall, it's a great choice, and I would definitely stay here again on my next visit.
