This hotel is excellent! First, its location is superb – just a 5-minute walk to Zumiao Temple and Lingnan Tiandi. Second, the service is fantastic. Third, the breakfast is plentiful, very clean, and delicious. Fourth, the rooms are clean and offer nice views. I highly recommend it!

The room was clean and tidy. The staff had a good attitude and a gentle tone. It happened to be my birthday, and there was a little surprise. The overall hotel experience was very good.

I was very satisfied with my stay. The hotel was fully booked during the National Day holiday, so I had to wait for about 30 minutes to check in, which was acceptable. The room was a junior suite with both a bathtub and a shower, and even a kitchen. The large balcony offered a direct view of the Ancestral Temple, and Lingnan Tiandi was just 100 meters downstairs, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. As a five-star hotel, it even had robots delivering takeout, so guests didn't have to go down to the lobby to pick it up, which was a very thoughtful and commendable touch. 👍🏻 I also tried the pool and breakfast, both of which were quite good. They even allowed me a two-hour late checkout. In short, it was excellent!

Right next to Zumiao Temple and Lingnan Tiandi, which is very convenient. The breakfast was plentiful, and the fish congee and alkali noodles were delicious.

The hotel's hygiene is excellent, and the layout is grand. Suki, the front desk attendant, was very enthusiastic, cheerful, and provided us with detailed information, which is commendable. The hotel's location is very convenient; the back exit leads directly to Lingnan Tiandi, and it's right next to Zumiao Temple and the Lingnan Nova commercial district.

This hotel is a classic five-star, and the service truly lives up to its reputation. As soon as we got out of the car, someone greeted us and helped with our luggage, so we didn't have to lift a finger. The front desk saw we had a child and that our original room wasn't ready yet, so they upgraded us directly to an executive deluxe twin room to avoid any waiting. They even gave us some Yingde No. 9 black tea. The room had a spacious balcony. Overall, the experience was relaxing and hassle-free, making it very suitable for traveling with kids.

The Marco Polo hotel is in a fantastic location, hands down the closest 5-star hotel to the Ancestral Temple, which is incredibly convenient, even if it's not cheap. The facilities are generally good, although the 1.2m bed was a bit small, and the mattress felt a bit sunken – I wonder if the springs are broken? My biggest complaint, though, is the front desk service! When checking in, they demanded a deposit, not the room fee, but a deposit... I've traveled extensively for 20 years, and I've never seen a hotel in a developed city require a deposit for check-in, especially since Ctrip had already collected a deposit when I booked. Yet, the young lady at the front desk insisted. Even for the deposit, she said it would be 1800 yuan, but then only swiped 500 yuan... I really don't understand it.

The room was very clean and tidy, and the front desk staff were super nice! The location is great, very close to Lingnan Tiandi, just a short walk away! I'll definitely choose to stay here again when I visit Foshan!

I visited this hotel in August, and while the front desk's handling of my room left a bad taste in my mouth, the hotel's location, facilities, dining, and room hygiene were all excellent. So, when friends invited me to Foshan for the National Day holiday, I wasn't opposed to staying here again. This time, there was a similar minor hiccup with the front desk, but the hotel resolved it promptly, making me feel respected, unlike my previous experience. The hotel staff, knowing we were specifically there to visit the nearby Meland, even told us there was no need to walk outside in the sun as the hotel's basement level provided direct access. These small details truly showcase their service, proving that good service often lies in the subtleties, making guests feel comfortable staying at this hotel. My favorite part was the hotel breakfast. It was very rich and available until 10:30 AM, which is perfect for sleeping in until after 9 AM and then heading down at 10 AM for a leisurely half-hour meal. It allowed for plenty of rest. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay this time.
