The hygiene was really poor; I found some dirty stuff on the bed. They even charge for slippers! I definitely don't recommend this hotel, especially if you're traveling with kids. Plus, the TV doesn't have screen mirroring, which was inconvenient.

Hotel room was superb. Very clean and new, staff were welcoming. Location is strategic as we had my elderly parents in law with us so whenever they were tired, they could just go up to the hotel whilst we walk around the restaurants, cafes and nearby mall. Highly recommended if you plan to stay in Shunde.

This is my third trip to Shunde and my second stay at this hotel. The service and breakfast felt even better than before; they're constantly improving, thumbs up! 👍 The reason I chose it is because it's so convenient for activities, food, and drinks, and my child loves it too. I managed to catch the event at this tourist attraction and watched the year-end fireworks for 2025. The Christmas decorations here are beautiful, and the atmosphere is wonderful. Thank you, Ivy, for upgrading the room—we could enjoy the view right from our room. The room is equipped with a small-capacity storage water heater, which was a bit inconvenient for the whole family. We visited during the off-season, and the hotel's location within OCT Harbour was super convenient. You can access the lobby directly from the underground parking. The staff, especially Winnhy, were very thoughtful; they even reminded us about the spare umbrellas in the room since it was raining on our check-in day. The TV controls were a bit tricky, but after a quick WeChat message, someone came to fix it right away. The breakfast wasn't extensive, but it was decent enough.
