The toilet seat wouldn't stay up, and after every power outage, the TV signal would cut out, requiring a manual restart of the set-top box to get it working again. The hotel is located near an expressway with heavy traffic, and the windows don't close properly, making it especially noisy late at night when things are otherwise quiet. We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights for family of 4, the hotel staffs were very helpful & friendly. The room was spacious and layout was practical, the bed was very comfortable, free laundry facility was provided (on self service basis). If you do online shopping, the parcel can be sent to the hotel front desk first and collect it upon arrival. Highly recommended!
