Derayco Hotel Foshan

First time staying here. There were a lot of Indian guests. The hotel breakfast was plentiful, but the air conditioning in room 2311 was terrible. I set it to 16 degrees, high fan, but there was no airflow. I woke up sweating in the middle of the night, but was too lazy to complain. Thumbs down.

The room was clean and tidy, and the service attitude was excellent. They have a swimming pool and a gym. Liu at the front desk provided great service and was very professional. Manager Feng from the sales department was also very helpful and meticulous in recommending local food. There's also a convenient tea house on the second floor. I'll definitely come back if I have the chance.

The hotel service was great! I ordered takeout for lunch, and the front desk delivered it to my room. It wasn't a robot, though! The young lady smiled and said the robot was a bit busy, so she brought it up herself so I wouldn't have to wait. Haha, thanks! The hotel environment is excellent, with shops and a park nearby. The TV screen is quite large, and I could even cast my own shows to binge-watch, which was a nice touch! The room was very clean; I could walk barefoot without my feet getting dirty. In the morning, I reported a clogged toilet, and the staff handled it very promptly. They knocked three times, very professional, and it was all fixed within 2 minutes! Efficient service! Overall, I had a good experience at this hotel. I'll choose this one again next time I'm in town.

I was on a business trip to Lecong and my friend recommended this hotel. Overall, it was fantastic! The location is indeed great, with several coffee and bubble tea shops downstairs. My friend and I sat in one of the bubble tea shops until late. The service was also outstanding. I woke up a bit late and called the front desk at 10:10 AM to ask about the breakfast closing time. I was told it normally ends at 10:00 AM. I then mentioned I was very hungry but had just woken up. The lady at the front desk told me to wait a moment while she asked the restaurant. Two minutes later, she called back and said they had already cleared breakfast, but asked what I'd like to eat. I said a bowl of noodles, an egg, and some fruit would be enough, haha. To my surprise, she said she had arranged for the restaurant to save it for me! Many thanks! This service is excellent and definitely deserves a thumbs-up! I'll choose this hotel again for my next business trip!

Traveling with kids, the most important thing for me is a safe and comfortable environment. When we checked in, Cici from the staff kindly noticed my child and proactively offered a small gift to cheer him up after the journey. My child also went swimming; the water was very clean and there were lifeguards on duty, which was very thoughtful. We forgot to bring towels, so I called the front desk, and the duty manager, Lian, quickly brought them over, worrying that my child might catch a cold. The service was truly excellent. The room layout was spacious, the bedding was soft, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, so I didn't have to worry about my child slipping. The daily room cleaning was meticulous, and any requests to the front desk were quickly attended to. The hotel's quiet environment allowed my child to rest fully, making the entire trip much more relaxing thanks to this comfortable stay. The hotel's location is excellent, close to attractions and shopping, and it's easy to get a taxi. I highly recommend it to families with children.

I was staying for a business trip and checked out the next morning, only to realize one of my earbuds was missing. I quickly went back to my room to look for it, but couldn't find it. Because I had a flight to catch, I didn't have much time to search thoroughly. I rushed back down to the front desk, explained that my earbud was missing and I had to catch a flight. The front desk staff signaled for the lobby manager to assist me. The manager was very reassuring and offered a solution. We exchanged WeChat details so I could head to the airport, and we discussed the details of the lost earbud on the way. Later, they found it wedged in the sofa and mailed it to me! This service was excellent; they truly understood my urgency and handled it commendably! If I ever have another business trip to Lecong, I'll definitely stay here again!

This hotel is fantastic! There's a commercial area nearby, and the hotel itself has many shops on the ground floor. Transportation is also very convenient. The hotel's facilities are well-maintained; you wouldn't guess it's been open for several years. The service is excellent too. The front desk staff saw me struggling with several small parcels and proactively offered me a hotel shopping bag. That attention to detail was impressive, and they even anticipate your needs! I have to commend them! The housekeeping service is also great. I returned to my room in the afternoon with a client, and when I opened the door, I found all the clothes I had haphazardly left out last night were neatly folded! Haha, otherwise, it might have seemed a bit rude to my client. Thanks to the housekeeping lady – I don't know her name, but I truly appreciate your detailed service!
