Avoid this place with kids! A painful lesson learned! ❌ False advertising: They promised an infinity pool, but it was in a completely different building. We had to drag the kids around in the scorching heat just to find it. ❌ Terrible hygiene: My entire family (all 3-5 year olds) got sick, covered in red rashes. We suspect it was mites or bed bugs. ❌ Lousy service: When issues arose, they just shifted blame. Under the blazing sun, the kids cried wanting to swim, and the adults were driven crazy by itchy bites. This wasn't a vacation; it was a trial by fire! Can this business have some decency? For families with kids, run away! 🏃💨

The hotel's overall location is great, right inside Overseas Chinese Town, which is very convenient. It's clean and hygienic.

Facilities: Quite new. Hygiene: Clean. Environment: Very good. Service: Excellent. They helped dry my washed clothes and delivered them to my door. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic and proactively asked if I wanted to switch to a garden-view room. The pillows are good; I even use Atour pillows at home.

The room was spacious, perfect for four people! It's also very close to Happy Coast, and the price was great. The front desk staff even extended our check-out time to 2:00 PM, which was a huge plus! 👍

Located near OCT Harbour, right by the Ferris wheel amusement park, the hotel boasts an excellent location. The room was clean and tidy, and the robot delivery service was very efficient. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices. Definitely worth a stay!

I've stayed at 7-8 Atour hotels, and this is by far the worst one I've ever experienced. On the day I checked in, all the front desk staff were young, so I can understand check-in being a bit slow. However, they didn't even offer the basic tea, and there was no water when I checked out. This was a stark contrast to the usual Atour standard. Secondly, the room smelled really musty and damp, which is terrible for your skin and breathing. The pillows were yellowed and looked like they hadn't been changed in ages, they were completely flat and bursting. I woke up with my whole body itching. For 500 yuan a night, this was incredibly disappointing, with absolutely no service to speak of. Plus, the TV wasn't even the proper Atour screen mirroring brand; it was supposedly a 'smart TV' but couldn't mirror anything. Everyone, remember not to stay here. Don't be fooled by their claims of good views; it's just a Ferris wheel nearby in the middle of nowhere. This was truly a terrible experience, completely below Atour's standards, haha.
