Hilton Foshan

The family room experience at Hilton Foshan was fantastic; it's a great choice for a family vacation with kids. The room decor was playful and fun, the bedding was clean, and all the children's amenities were well-prepared and thoughtfully detailed. Our child had a blast just playing in the room, and the hotel also has a kids' club and a heated pool, which was perfect for letting them burn off some energy. Linda from the staff was patient and friendly, making the check-in process smooth. It's also not far from Zumiao Ancestral Temple and Lingnan Tiandi, so I highly recommend it for families.

The lobby with the unique fish tank is very grand. However, the hotel is a bit old. The breakfast is decent and quite plentiful, but it was a bit crowded during the summer holidays. The buffet dinner, at around 200 per person, isn't really worth it.

This hotel truly deserves its five-star rating for its all-round excellent service. They also offered a very reasonable price. While the facilities might not be the newest (it's a 2014 hotel), the gym and swimming pool were impeccably clean throughout my stay. Highly recommend!

As a loyal Hilton fan, I once again chose the Hilton Foshan for my business trip. The hygiene was up to standard, the room was comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent. The customer service was also great. It will definitely be my first choice for future business trips to Foshan.

I was staying at this hotel and was too tired after a long day of walking, so I got lazy and decided to eat downstairs. Turns out, being lazy comes at a price! 1. It took forever to even order a dish, and I had to rush them multiple times. 2. They forgot to make one of my ordered dishes, and another dish I received was completely wrong. 3. On top of all that, they dared to charge a 15% service fee. All I can say is the owner must be related to Liang Jingru to have the courage to do that with such service. 4. If the food had been good, I wouldn't have minded the above points, but the key issue is that all the dishes were unbelievably bad, completely beyond my bottom line. I've eaten at various restaurants in five different cities in Guangdong these past few days, and they were all good. This one, however, was completely unacceptable, not just bad, but incredibly awful. 5. Attaching a photo of the watermelon juice, which cost 198 per jug. I took one sip and couldn't drink any more.

Our stay was great overall. The hotel's fish tank display was a unique feature that our child absolutely loved. The third floor also has a well-equipped kids' play area where children can have a blast, making it perfect for a weekend one-night family getaway. The room was comfortable. A special shout-out to Jennifer – she proactively contacted me before check-in and after we arrived, we received a lovely hand-drawn welcome card. She also thoughtfully recommended local specialty foods, saving us the trouble of planning. Her service was attentive and thorough, and her attitude was professional and caring, making the whole trip easy and enjoyable. The hotel offers great value for money, and I highly recommend it for families with children.

The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. They also have a swimming pool and a kids' club. The service was excellent, and the little gifts they gave were lovely. It’s perfect for families with children. Plus, there are amazing sunset views! We’ll definitely be back!

My overall experience at Hilton Foshan was excellent! 👍 The lobby is very grand with its iconic large fish tank. The room was spacious, the bedding was super comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless with a separate wet and dry area. Linda from Guest Relations was gentle and responsive. The hotel has a heated swimming pool and a gym, perfect for relaxing. The location is also convenient for getting around. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Foshan for business or leisure, and I'll definitely choose it again next time.
