Xin Jun Yue International Hotel

The room was great! It was very clean and even had a bathtub, bathrobes, and a mini-fridge, which was a pleasant surprise. Excellent value for money, and it's so close to the South Station – just a 20-minute subway ride, super convenient. I'll definitely be back!

Facilities: Fully equipped, everything you could need. Cleanliness: Spotless and tidy. Environment: Clean, with convenient transportation nearby including buses, subways, and ride-hailing services readily available. Service: Attentive, considerate, and warm. Everyone greeted us with a smile 😊.

Facilities: The hotel is showing its age. While it was likely very luxurious in its prime, it hasn't stood the test of time. Service: On the day I checked in, the hotel had a huge number of tour groups, and the service simply couldn't keep up.

The hotel facilities are excellent – clean, hygienic, and well-maintained. The location is also great, not far from the South Station, with plenty of good food options nearby. It's also close to Shunde. Plus, there's a subway station right next to it, making it convenient to get anywhere.

We booked a family twin room, and the hotel kindly upgraded us to a family suite for free, even throwing in an extra breakfast. However, the hotel breakfast was just so-so – it filled you up but wasn't particularly good. One day, we skipped it and went for dim sum at Huang Dan Ji, which was about a ten-minute walk away. It's a century-old brand, and the food was excellent. The hotel's location is great too, only about a five-minute walk from Jinlong Subway Station, making it convenient to get anywhere. Overall, I'm satisfied.

The hotel is reasonably close to the metro station and Guangzhou South Railway Station. They offer a pick-up service. However, it's a bit far from Shunde's city center or attractions. For families with kids, a taxi to Qinghui Garden costs around 30-40 yuan and takes about half an hour. Taking the metro would take even longer. This place is more suitable if you're traveling by high-speed rail. The facilities are a bit dated, but the dim sum for breakfast on the first floor is quite good.

Close to Guangzhou South Station, about a 6-7 minute subway ride. They even provided breakfast for the child. Trip.com upgraded our room type, but the hygiene was pretty subpar, and they didn't replace the disposable slippers daily.

My overall experience during this stay was quite good. The hotel staff were warm and attentive, and their core strengths really stood out. Whether it was checking in at the front desk or communicating various needs, the staff were always patient, polite, and responsive. Housekeeping calls were answered quickly, and requests for amenities or inquiries were handled promptly. When a minor issue arose with room facilities, the maintenance staff arrived quickly and resolved it efficiently and professionally, greatly enhancing the comfort of my stay. The only minor drawback was that when I first ran the bath, the water appeared slightly yellowish. This was likely due to recent facility maintenance at the hotel, leaving some residue in the pipes. After letting the water run for a short while, it cleared up and returned to normal. While it didn't affect actual use, it did slightly impact the visual experience initially. I suggest the hotel improve post-maintenance pipe flushing and water quality checks to further perfect these details. Overall, this hotel offers excellent service and efficient responsiveness. It provides great value for money and a good experience. The minor flaw doesn't detract from the overall quality, making it a reliable choice for travel and worth recommending.

Close to the South Railway Station with a great shuttle service. The hotel service was good, but the gym was terrible and didn't match the hotel's standards.
