The hotel boasts a unique and stylish design and is very clean. However, the location isn't ideal. Although it appears to be across from the Louvre, you really need a car to get there, and it's also far from restaurants. While the hotel does offer a shuttle service, the quality of this service is genuinely subpar. Regarding the shuttle, the front desk only provides a business card for you to scan a WeChat QR code to add the driver. However, the driver never accepted my request. I approached the front desk three times, and each time they said the driver was busy driving and would contact me later. Yet, I never got added that evening. The fourth time I went to the front desk, a different person was there and claimed it was my fault, telling me to call the driver myself. As I have an international number, this was difficult, but the front desk kept insisting it was my problem, which was infuriating! Eventually, I confronted the front desk, telling them I had added dozens of sales contacts on WeChat at the Louvre without any issues, so their system was clearly the problem. Only then did they agree to handle it. (As an apology, the front desk called to offer complimentary breakfast at their restaurant the next morning). In the end, I only managed to use the shuttle once to go to the Louvre. I couldn't catch it on the way back as it was past their 6:00 PM cutoff time. During the ride, the driver even suggested he could take us to a further exhibition hall for 150 yuan, which made me decide not to use their shuttle service again. The free shuttle service is limited to a 5 km radius and operates from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, which basically means you can't use it for dinner. Since there are no restaurants near the hotel, this 'free' shuttle service is pretty much negligible. Furthermore, I booked a non-smoking room. On the first day of check-in, there was indeed no smoke smell. However, upon returning on the second day, as soon as I opened the door, I was hit with a strong smell of smoke. I ended up having to turn off the air conditioning and open the window. Later, I realized that people in the room across from mine and next to mine were smoking, even with their doors open. I have no idea how they define a 'non-smoking' room.
