Returning to Beijing from Hainan by car, we decided to stop in Foshan for a rest. Traveling with elderly relatives and five young children, we needed a comfortable hotel to relax. We chose Xana Hotel because it's a chain brand, offering consistent service and management. The hotel is relatively new and has excellent facilities. Our stay here proved to be the right choice. First, the young lady at the front desk was very considerate, noting my requests for a quiet environment, same floor, and away from the elevator, and she arranged rooms exactly according to my needs. I was very satisfied with this, as it shows the hotel truly considers guests' requests. Second, upon learning that I had previously stayed at the same brand hotel in Xiangtan, she thanked me for my trust in Xana Hotel and upgraded all three rooms I booked free of charge, explaining that the upgraded rooms would be more comfortable after a long drive. Finally, the hotel service was excellent; all the staff we encountered were very welcoming, demonstrating the hotel's high level of management. As for the rooms, they were clean and there were no issues. The facilities were complete and smart. Although the hotel is located next to a kitchenware wholesale market, it's a separate building and unaffected by the surrounding environment. Each room was thoughtfully equipped with earplugs, so it wasn't too noisy. In the rooms facing the street, you could close the windows at night and not hear the traffic. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay at the Xishang Hotel! I would highly recommend it to friends traveling with furry friends.

This hotel was such a pleasant surprise! The atmosphere is incredibly comfortable, and all the staff were exceptionally warm and thoughtful. The room was spotless, the bed was super comfy and ensured a peaceful night's sleep, and the soundproofing was excellent, making it really quiet at night. The location is also convenient, making it easy to get around and find places to eat. Overall, the experience was fantastic—it was truly a relaxing and comfortable stay. I wholeheartedly recommend it and would definitely stay here again on my next visit.
