If you are a frequent traveler with even low to mid expectations about a place to sleep and shower this is not the place for you. Administration should address this issues immediately."

When I tasted the fake liquor, I couldn't believe it because the bartender looked so professional. It's such a waste to have such a professional bartender serving counterfeit drinks. The hotel's guide to local attractions is clearly designed to maximize profit; free attractions are barely mentioned, with no pictures or recommendations. The room came with a bunch of complimentary snacks, drinks, and toiletries, but none of them justified the hotel's high prices; they were just cheap junk. Given how expensive this place is, I'm almost embarrassed to be honest in my review, but the staff's service attitude was so fake. The moment a guest encountered a problem, their pretense dropped completely."

"A hotel that delivers on its promises. Ideal for those who, like us, planned to spend most of their time sightseeing. The service provided was always very attentive and helpful. The breakfast buffet is adequate for the lodging category, offering variety and quality. Our room and common areas were also very clean. Our room had two double beds, but both mattresses were already showing signs of wear, with a "depression" in the middle, which hampered our comfort. Except for the beds, something that can be fixed, the Vialle Tower hotel is an excellent option in Foz, especially for its prime location and the sensational rooftop view."

"The room was quite small and felt damp. It came with two disposable cups, two bars of soap, and a shower cap. Nothing else was provided, which is standard for hotels in Brazil. The hotel overall seems very old, with signs of age everywhere. There's a 220V outlet. Road construction is happening right outside the entrance. Breakfast was plentiful, and it's very close to Iguazu Falls, but there's no sidewalk for walking. Since it's just a trip, a place to sleep is all that matters."
