Made fun of by the good reviews I strongly advise against this place if you are not known or if you have a disabled person. Old hotel, uncomfortable double room even for one person, brief cleaning. The door did not close properly and slammed as the other doors opened. The air conditioner didn't work. The double bed with two very hard and old single mattresses with the wardrobe attached in front, space of action not even a meter. The 3sqm bathroom with a dangerous step. The receptionist, informed before departure that I was accompanied by a disabled person, made the absolutely uncomfortable weekend denying even with a subtle discrimination that I had not said it (calling myself, implicitly, a liar. Before leaving I always make sure that if I spend money I want to be served and treated properly), it has served us in an uncomfortable way and marginalized with a detached and venal manner. Did she deny me to eat outside, perhaps because the disabled person on display in her lousy hotel wasn't a "pretty sight"? The clientele seemed to be long-standing and apparently they prefer to hold on to that. To those passing through, they offer minimal service and a cold welcome. At 6 in the morning I ask for a coffee, they block my calls at the reception despite knowing that I was having difficulty leaving the disabled person alone in the room. Asked to have a front row seat on the beach and not to be a snobbish tourist, but because the disabled walk badly. The lies that have followed one another border on the ridiculous, even arrogating to themselves the right of ownership of that tiny piece of sea. Distances between umbrellas not up to standard. The restaurant stole the cooks from the hospital cafeteria. Meager dishes, insignificant cuisine: overcooked chitarrine in broth of shy lupine vogoline (to eat them it was a treasure hunt), octopus sheets that must have been 10 grams in all, with a chopped parsley (green sauce, bah), penne poor of hard supermarket with two pieces of cuttlefish and one, I mean one, mussel. A fried sole with lemon and a piece of broccoli and cheese flan on the side (my God, what a combination). All for the modest sum of 96 euros. Hotel direttamente sul mare con parcheggio. Ambienti comuni ben curati e tutto nello stesso stile: marittimo. Camere vetuste, piccole con box doccia di dimensioni ridotte ( e quindi di difficile utilizzo) ma tutte con balcone e bagno finestrato. Spiaggia molto curata e tutto il personale disponibile, cortese e professionale. Unica nota negativa del nostro soggiorno, un vicino di stanza un po‘ attempato che, probabilmente causa problemi di udito e insonnia, parlava al telefono ad alta voce, sia di giorno che di notte compromettendo notevolmente il nostro tanto agoniato riposo:..

Hotel con accesso diretto sulla spiaggia da una porta laterale della struttura , una rarità. Parcheggio interno un pò risicato. Consiglio il pacchetto all inclusive: vitto , alloggio, servizio spiaggia è molto comodo e i pensieri spariscono. Camere standard piccole, meglio le superior. La colazione è da 10 , con prodotti vari e abbondanti, anche senza lattosio. Il menù del pranzo e della cena è per me da rinfrescare, da rivedere. Una menzione speciale per il personale: da applauso. Dal servizio spiaggia con Manuel , alle signore delle pulizie tutte gentilissime e pronte a soddisfare le richieste dei clienti, al ristorante con il maitre Peppino con la dolcissima Irene. Grazie per la vostra gentilezza, premure, per i vostri sorrisi e per la pazienza.

Abbiamo soggiornato in tre in Un appartamento dell’hotel , a 50 metri dalla spiaggia che è pulita curata, grande; l’apartahotel e’ gradevole, condizionato e con ampi balconi: la direttrice ci ha regalato un late check out facendoci tenere la casa tutta la domenica; nota stonata la colazione, triste per location e scarsa accoglienza del personale addetto è il beachbar : immangiabile il pranzo ordinato ( tra l’altro il poke non era tale perché fatto da pesce cotto a vapore e verdure tagliate a julienne lasciando anche i blocchi di carote sfuggite alla grattugia) e bar completamente sfornito la domenica : senza pane x i panini, senza ripieni per gli stessi, senza gelati, senza toast e con il personale che anziché scusarsi alzava le spalle dicendo”è fine stagione “ma io pago ugualmente senza avere il servizio però! Peccato perché è una struttura carina

A Luglio 2022 abbiamo soggiornato una settimana in pensione completa nell'Hotel Punta dell'est di Francavilla al mare. I punti di forza che ci hanno fatto scegliere questo hotel sono: - spiaggia privata compresa nel prezzo, per accedere occorre solo attraversare la pista ciclabile; - zona tranquilla distante dalla ferrovia e da strade trafficate (unico neo: le camere non sono insonorizzate, a volte si sentono rumori da altre camere); - ristorante di ottimo livello con molti piatti do pesce (a Luglio: ampio buffet, 3 primi, 3 secondi, frutta o dessert), servizio super veloce. Siamo stati ampiamente soddisfatti e consigliamo sicuramente questo hotel per un soggiorno piacevolissimo.

Ottima posizione e servizi! Camere piccoline ma confortevoli… qualità/prezzo adeguato. Leggermente elevato il prezzo dei lettini e ombrellone in spiaggia. Personale cordiale e disponibile. Colazione molto buona e varia. Disponibilità del parcheggio, ma molto piccolo!

Vor 40 Jahren waren wir das erste Mal hier. Zufällig, mit der ganzen Familie. Seitdem sind wir immer wieder gerne zurückgekommen. Mal als Hotelgäste, mal nur am Strand oder manchmal auch nur, um Hallo zu sagen. Für uns ist es wie ein temporäres Zuhause. Grazie del tutto! A presto

Abbiamo soggiornato qui una notte con l’obiettivo di visitare la costa. L’accoglienza è stata calda e professionale. A partire dalla reception. sino ai ragazzi in sala colazione, il servizio è stato ottimo e perfettamente organizzato. Gli ambienti comuni sono accoglienti e curati, in stile elegante e marittimo…ideali per farti sentire in vacanza! A contraddistinguere la struttura a mio avviso è stata l’impeccabile pulizia della stanza, del letto, del bagno e dei luoghi comuni. Ottimi servizi della struttura anche la possibilità di parcheggio e la spiaggia, delle quale non abbiamo potuto usufruire visto il periodo. Un unico appunto, che però non mi ha assolutamente fatto passare la voglia di tornare in questa struttura, sono le stanze. Lo stile delle camere è un po’ anni 80. Leverei i fiori finti dal comodino, lo scendi letto in spugna e il copriletto damascato. Il livello della struttura è davvero buono, credo che un tocco in più nelle camere possa davvero rendere la struttura perfetta!
