Location: Cresta Thapama is very well located, near three malls; access to shops and also a bus terminus (if one needs public transport for some reason). Rooms: Spacious room, I found it real airy I guess it was the sliding door/balcony effect. Fresh interior decor. But Do Not take a room the side of 211, where the door leads out yo a visual/sounds of the busy bus terminal. I think the numbers increase west 🤔 The bathroom is real dated, though, seen better. I hadn’t been to Francistown in a bit so I opted for outside restaurants, so nothing on food/beverages. Generally: some parts seemed under construction and thats not a bad thing. The reception side looks great on the outside. Service: Arrived tired, still had to wait for the front desk person to take three calls as I stood there. By call 3 I spoke out and somehow he was able to check me in. Please make front desk aware they really are your impression1. There is a way to handle calls without being rude, but the person standing before you CANNOT be left standing, ever. Appalling. I had had a call confirming I was en route and I clearly asked if I would be able to check in a few minutes before 2 pm and was informed this would be possible as it wasn’t full house; phoneman says ‘the room you were allocated is still being cleaned, so you would have to wait’. Exhausted I asked him to please just find me a room snd let me rest. Well, I ended up at Bus Terminus Rd.
