They should pay more attention to the beds because they say it's a double bed, but it's actually two single beds pushed together, which is very uncomfortable for couples.

The location is great, but unfortunately the overall cleanliness is lacking, especially in the toilet. In the first room we stayed in, the heater was not working and the mattress was extremely soft. The hotel provides an all-in-one shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. We requested a room change, and the staff were kind and helpful in accommodating this. The second room was slightly better; however, the mattress was still very soft, so the sleeping quality was not ideal for us.

from the moment we walked into this hotel, there was a strong sewage smell that never went away. it was so bad that my family and i had allergic reactions and felt unwell the entire time. the service was also very poor. we had booked a family room for 4 people, but the staff insisted on charging us extra, claiming the room was only for 2. after a long discussion, they finally agreed not to charge us more, but the communication was terrible - they could have handled it and explained things much better. overall, a really unpleasant experience.

I always stay here whenever I'm in Frankfurt. I'd love to stay here again when I visit next time!

Super hotel

A reasonably priced modern hotel located in the Bahnhofviertel (Train station quarter). Location is super convenient and surrounded by many restaurants and bars, ice cream shops and other stores. But the area is also somewhat "grungy" and you do see quite a few random drug users and odd people around but it doesn't feel unsafe. Breakfast buffet is excellent and has good variety! About the rooms: do note that many of the rooms especially the Superior suites are wheelchair accessible which means they will have no shower partition and the bathroom sink is in the middle of the room (even though the floor area of the room is bigger). The Deluxe rooms, although smaller, will have shower partitions and the sinks will be inside the bathrooms. An exception is rooms like #104 which was the initial room we were given. It is considered a Deluxe room (cheaper) but it is larger than the other Deluxe rooms and has more storage and furniture, but is not wheelchair accessible. It has the perfect mix of space and functionality but that room was the furthest away from the lift lobby.

Good location

The rooms were extremely dirty, it was the worst experience I've ever had. The beds were uncomfortable and filthy. Anyone with common sense and money shouldn't book a room here; this hotel isn't worth even 10 Euros.

Good price, excellent location. The kitchen is small and doesn't have many things, but it does the job.

The hotel is very close to the train station and located next to a main commercial street, not in the direction where homeless people congregate. It's a rare area that's both close to the train station and away from homeless people. There are restaurants and a dm supermarket downstairs, and a subway station is nearby. The city center shopping area is just a few stops away, and the main bus station is a 5-minute walk away where you can take the S-Bahn directly to the airport—very convenient. For those with a sweet tooth: the candy at the front desk is delicious!

The room was spacious, and it was close to the station and there were plenty of restaurants nearby.
