Check-in was only available after 3 PM, but overall, it was a great experience. The hotel is close to the train station, and it's also convenient to get to the river and city center. It wasn't noisy at night either. The staff were very friendly and offered luggage storage both before check-in and after check-out.

The location is excellent, right next to the train station. It's within walking distance to Goethe House, the Main Cathedral, the Eurotower, and the Eiserner Steg (Iron Bridge) over the Main River. The cleanliness was good, and as is typical for European hotels, the rooms were a bit small. We booked two rooms for our family of four. There's a paid underground parking lot which felt very safe and clean. There's also a free laundry room, but it's a bit hard to find – it's in a small room behind the door opposite the elevator on the basement level. I had to ask the front desk twice to figure it out. We noticed some homeless people on the nearby streets, and there were many intoxicated individuals in the park below the Eurotower.

The service was excellent! The front desk staff were very polite, proactively upgraded my room, and provided disposable slippers. They also offered bottled water when they noticed how hot it was outside, which I really appreciated! I'll definitely stay here again next time. The room was clean and tidy, very satisfied!

The room was quite nice, and for Europe at this price point, it felt spacious. Parking right outside the entrance was inconvenient. It's close to the train station, but the surrounding area felt a bit unsafe. The hotel breakfast was good, and the dining area was quite large.

The location is fine, next to the train station, there’s a supermarket just next to the hotel. The front desk guy was very helpful, nice and polite. I have already changed the hotel just earlier and I didn’t want to have another kind of conversation about changing room, I was more that 48 hours on the way. The room didn’t have any extra things except for soap and washing gel. I would give this hotel 0 for cleaning, because when I was already in the shower I found black hair and a used razor with lots of hair as well in it. And it was too late to change rooms or complain. The linen maybe wasn’t changed quite a bit, or just wasn’t washed well.

Location and rooms were good and equipped with all necessary amenities, only organization could be improved.

Conveniently located right by the train station. The only minor issue was that complimentary bottled water was only provided on the first day.

The room facilities were just average, and its location was close to a red-light district.

It was alright, nothing special. The room was okay. The only downside was that there was something sharp under the floor that cut my foot and made it bleed. Luckily, my colleague had some disinfectant. So, definitely wear slippers!

The environment is excellent and quiet. This is my go-to hotel for business trips. The peaceful surroundings and warm service make for a perfect stay!

The hotel's location is very close to the business center, within walking distance, but it's also very close to the dirty and chaotic area near the train station.

The room was clean, tidy, and spacious. The breakfast was incredibly rich and satisfying. Overall, my stay was very pleasant. It's quite close to the markets, yet relatively quiet.
