The location is quite good, close to both the supermarket and the subway. As for cleanliness, the floor didn't feel exceptionally clean but it wasn't dirty either. Regarding service, since there's no front desk or staff, there was no service. We couldn't even get in by entering the given code, luckily another guest swiped their card to open the main door for us. For some reason, the washing machine wasn't working. It might have just broken when we needed to use it, but it wasn't just us; other people also couldn't use it. And the air conditioning was incredibly hot, I mean scorching hot. There was absolutely no cool air coming out. During my stay, the highest temperature for two days exceeded 30 degrees Celsius, and the entire room was sweltering. I couldn't get any proper rest at night. Later, when the outside temperature started to drop, I had to sleep with the window open all night to be more comfortable, otherwise, the AC only blew air (and the airflow was super weak!) without any cooling.

The place was very clean, and I liked that I could do online check-in beforehand. Since it's an unmanned counter, it didn't seem like I could leave my luggage there.

What more could you ask for at this price? The staff were incredibly friendly and eager to help. The facilities had everything you could need and were very clean, and I slept wonderfully. Although it was a bit noisy outside, the windows were of good quality, and once closed, I couldn't hear a thing; it was very quiet. The water pressure in the room was excellent and strong. The kitchen had a dishwasher, was well-designed, and of good quality. Both self-check-in and check-out were smooth. I highly recommend staying here! It's so convenient with a supermarket and restaurants nearby. If you're looking for a place near Frankfurt Airport, this is the best choice. At the very least, it's absolutely fantastic value for money!
