The Westin Grand Frankfurt

The front desk staff were very welcoming, the room was clean, and the view from the window in the sunlight was lovely. The breakfast was also rich and varied. Definitely worth staying again.

Your room was spacious and well-equipped, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. It was clean and hygienic, and the service was excellent. This is a very quiet hotel right by the roadside. The lobby receptionist spoke fluent German-accented English, which was easy to understand. We arrived early and were checked in very quickly, which was great! 👍

While not quite on par with a Westin in China, the facilities here are pretty good for Germany, especially since it has air conditioning. Plus, it's conveniently located near a metro station with a direct connection to the airport. Frankfurt is quite small, feeling no bigger than a county town, so you can easily walk to all the main attractions from the hotel. The breakfast here is excellent; for a country like Germany, which isn't known for its culinary scene, that's saying something.

It's been over a week since I checked out, and I still haven't received my deposit back. Not sure how much longer I'll have to wait.

Great location, cleanliness, and breakfast. The hotel is within walking distance of the river and the main square, with plenty of places to stroll around nearby.
