This hotel is quite nice and perfect one near airport for business traveler. Breakfast was good and faculities are well prepared. And also I loved the size of the room. Hope to visit again. :)

Location is very near train station is convenient. Hotel is near REWE family mart. Comes with kitchen - necessity items. Breakfast is nice, comes with a pancake machine! No airport shuttle. Hotel can arrange taxi for you.

When I booked this hotel on the day we arrived in February through Best Western, we were given a spacious room with a fairly large kitchen. Using Trip.com, my room in the same hotel was almost half the size and half the kitchen size in April for more money after a discount. I probably won't use Trip.com again.

The hotel is quite close to the airport, but I can’t give a high score for the location because the transportation around it is a bit confusing. During our stay, there were train issues, and we had to wait an hour to catch a train from the hotel to the city. On the way back, we switched to taking the bus, but it stopped at a very dark and secluded place, which didn’t feel comfortable as a tourist. On another day, when heading to the airport, buses ran about every 20 minutes, so you really need to be mindful of timing. We boarded a bus that was listed—both at the stop and online—as going to Terminal 2, but the driver told us it wouldn’t arrive there and advised us not to take it. With no other choice, we stayed on and got off when Google Maps showed we were close to T2, then walked the rest of the way. If you’re visiting Terminal 2, this hotel can still be an option since you can walk there in about 20 minutes, but otherwise transportation can be a hassle. There are restaurants and a Rewe nearby where you can get food or snacks. The hotel also provides a microwave, frying pans and dishwasher, so you can cook in your room—no need to worry about food availability. Overall, this area is a relatively cheaper option for staying in the city. The room is spacious and the price is fair, but you’ll need to weigh the time cost of transportation.

Great location for a connection thru FRA.

Great location - just one-stop from the Frankfurt Airport. A good choice for those arriving Frankfurt late at night.

Asked too many information during check in such as email, home full address and phone number etc, it’s too much to handle after delayed flights at midnight. No basic amenities in room except all in one type of soap. Only plus was spacious room. Breakfast was less than average in terms of choice. Got my coffee and some eggs with deep-frozen kind of bread bum.

Great hotel with good location from the airport. Unfortunately spent just a few hours to sleep so didn’t use all it had to offer

No parking outside and they charge 28 euro for parking at night.

The hotel itself its quite ok. The only thing i need to complain is the service. Be aware that they will ask you for a credit card when checking in. I dont have one. The service staff refused to let me check in even i had payed the roomrate already and even i offered that they can double charge me in case its for deposit reasons and later refund me the overpaied money. They refused that, they also refused to refund my money when i offered them to chose another hotel. They also refused to let me speak to their manager. At the end, the only choice i had was asking a friend to help me out with his credit card. Be aware of that, either you have a credit card ready or you keep distance from this hotel.

I recently stayed at the Best Western Hotel Frankfurt Airport and had a mostly pleasant experience. The apartment-style hotel room was spacious and well-appointed, featuring a comfortable king-size bed that made for a restful night. The room’s design felt more like a cozy apartment than a typical hotel, which was a nice touch for extended stays. The only downside during our visit was that the air conditioning wasn’t working, which made the room a bit uncomfortable, especially during warmer weather. However, the hotel’s convenient location more than made up for this. Although there isn't a shuttle service to the airport, the train station is just a short 3-minute ride away from Frankfurt International Airport, making it very easy to reach. Overall, it’s a great option for those looking for comfort and convenience close to the airport, as long as the aircon issue is resolved.
