The check in process was kind of long, considering no other guest is queuing. The receptionist staff was not professional, no smile, no welcoming. However i heard from my other colleague told us that the morning she check in with a lady receptionist that is very warming and helpful, even have one packet of coffee beans for room to make coffee (not accor platinum or gold member), so when we request from the guy again, and told us that we are all not entitled and need to purchase. So as a guest, we felt different treatment from different staff. The room is ok, clean, but middle of evening with burnt smell from the air conditioning, complained to reception, came in to check, after that the smell gradually gone away after 2-3 hours. overall stay was decent with tram just in front the hotel. Nearby to the frankfurt exhibition hall.

This is convenient location. Our room is Small kitchen + 2 bed rooms. Please remember to bring your own personal hygiene products. All drinks kind ( e.g. coffee, tea…etc.) need to prepared by self.

The location is great. You can get there from Frankfurt Central Station by tram 10, 16, or 17. The tram stop is right in front of the hotel. U4, U6, and U7 are also within walking distance.
The hotel staff are enthusiastic and helpful.
The breakfast was delicious.
The laundry room is on the 4th floor, where the front desk and restaurant are, and costs 6 euros for the washing machine and 3 euros for the dryer. Coins are required, and if you don't have any, they will exchange them for you at the front desk. There is also a bar of detergent nearby.
I stayed for 4 nights, but the room was only cleaned once a week, so there was no cleaning. Towels were not changed either. I hung them on the hangers in the bathroom to dry after using them.
There is an all-in-one soap (for washing your hair and body), but no amenities (toothbrush, comb, etc.). There is no bottled water, but you can buy it at the supermarket in Sky Plaza.
I was a little concerned about the hygiene, but I guess it's for environmental consideration. On the other hand, I was able to relax because I wasn't woken up by the early morning cleaning.

The property is safe and requires card entry for main door, and then to get to any floor other than the reception. You can easily walk to the train station, or pay a few Euro for a a taxi to most areas. We were not aware of the feature, but you must use your keycard to have power in your room (insert into slot near door). No complaints about our stay!
