The minibar is free to use (with sparkling water, cola, juice, beer). The space is large and comfortable. The locker is suitable for permanent residents. There is a tram downstairs, which is very convenient to enter the city or other places. It is close to the river bank, which is very convenient for walking around, shopping and eating. Very nice place to stay. Excellent area and within walking distance to many sights. Only negative was one employee did not represent the hotel as well as she could have. Everyone else was very nice and accommodating.

The front desk clerk who helped me (Dec 11-12) was very nice and helpful. The restaurant brunch staff was nice also. I like that is steps away from a grocery store and a pharmacy.

I don´t like the open bath in the room. When lying in bed my head was basically 1m away from the sink. and the shower.

I liked the fact that the rooms were spacious and had a complimentary mini bar in the rooms and was stocked each day. The windows opened for fresh air and you could enjoy the scenery

We really enjoyed our stay at the INNSiDE. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast bar in the restaurant was very good. The interior of the hotel was clean, bright, and had interesting decorations. The one minor issue we ran into, our room was set for one person, was handled very easily and efficiently, providing us the second set of towels and bedding. As first time travelers to Frankfurt, who speak no German, it was wonderful that everyone spoke clear English.

What an awesome property and staff! I have a disability and it was very accommodating. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The food was wonderful! The staff was kind and helpful at every turn. Someone available for help. Let me practice German. If I visit Frankfurt again, I would stay here. It’s difficult to find a place that ticks all of the boxes plus is worth the money.

Close to a station, that will be needed if you don't want to walk into the main centre of Frankfurt, which will take you around 20minutes.

Yucky food breakfast n dinner , room are super dirty. Shampoo n shower gel make the skin dry that I need to go down to buy. The only good thing is 3 mins walk to coin laundry
