The room is small but good enough for a rest. The location is good.

The service staff were good and friendly. The hotel's amenities were much better than expected for the price.

This hotel is great – very clean, the staff are friendly, and it's super close to the central station. The only downside is that it's quite dark everywhere except the bathroom, as it only has indirect lighting. The walls seem thin because I could constantly hear someone using the shower somewhere, and there was a persistent mechanical noise, possibly the heating. Since it's so close to the station, it also gets pretty noisy outside, even late into the night. I'd say this is a fantastic hotel if you're not bothered by noise.

Loved how peaceful my interior room was, and the mood lighting... fantastic breakfast buffet... only negatives were early corridor clattering from cleaner and poor curtains letting a lot of morning June light... yes the area outside is quite strange and full of sketchy types

Stayed here for one night for a work trip. Room and amenities were good. Location less so because of the neighbourhood near the train station.

As a solo traveller the single room was good enough and I would not recommend it if you have a large suitcase. The hotel reception was well attended Breakfast was nothing fantastic but was simple and filling. Other reviews will say the location is not good due to the undesirables nearby, but they did not bother me and kept themselves to themselves. The hotel is an ideal location from the main train station hub ,plus a short distance from the bus station and tram stop. Short walk from most visitor spots , only an 8 minute walk to the sky line view which was worth the visit

Location so close to the main station. Staffs were friendly & informative. Facilities are good. I can’t complain! 👍

Decent hotel with friendly staff, close to train station and shops. Rooms are clean however the bed was slightly uncomfortable as mattress worn out. Also curtains are thin and do not block the light when the sun is out.

Everything was fine. Very clean room and bathroom. Free tea and coffee.
