The room was fairly clean, though the pillows had a slight smoky smell and the kettle looked quite old, probably due to prolonged use. Breakfast wasn't extensive, but everything was fresh. The building isn't tall, with floors ranging from 0-3, where '0' is effectively the first floor. It was pretty quiet at night.

Unlike the Hilton at T2, this one isn't inside the terminal building. The hotel shuttle bus costs extra, and the facilities are very old. However, for the price, it's quite commendable.

I found the service at this hotel to be really bad. I usually don't leave reviews, but this time I have to. I'll also be writing a complaint to their head office later! First off, during check-in, I experienced differential treatment. An elderly couple in front of me checked in half an hour early. When it was my turn, they told me my room type wasn't ready and suggested I store my luggage – they just blurted it out! I questioned why and threatened to complain about their discriminatory behavior. Only then did the staff member back down and try to find me a clean room. What's even more ironic is that at 8:30 AM, housekeeping was already knocking on my door asking to clean. I was still asleep and didn't answer, but they practically burst into the room, showing incredibly rude management and arrogant prejudice. Also, I've truly never seen this before: the hotel's airport shuttle costs 5 euros per person! Have you ever seen an airport hotel charge for a shuttle? Otherwise, why would I book your hotel? Plus, I was traveling alone, but they charged me a 4-euro tax, even though the regulation states 2 euros per person payable at the hotel! I didn't realize it at the time of payment, but when I got back, I saw it was supposed to be 2 euros! Finally, the air conditioning was very weak, and the room was still hot.

The shuttle bus to the terminal costs 5 euros. Overall, the hygiene is good, and it has all the necessary amenities. The downside is that the service style is a bit stiff, but that might be a cultural difference. There aren't many dining options nearby.
