check in process was super easy and quick. The woman at the front desk with very friendly and explained everything. Coffee, tea. fruit, cookies upon checkin

I wasnt offered another day or any serice for spending 170 dollars just to have thebpower out for hours no heat no nothing

A spacious and comfortable room with clothing hooks in the bedroom and bathroom, which is a boon when traveling. The cleanliness of the bathroom and particularly the shower was noticeable and most welcome

Frint desk guy..was just dry and short worded..asked for food delivery panflets and printed a sheet of names no number.

Checkin for myself and coworker at different times after 6PM was not good. Clerk was very rude and difficult to both of us even though we checked in hours apart. He put both of us in handicapped rooms despite the hotel having low occupancy. When I returned and asked why, he said that’s the way it came through which is not what my reservation was through *******. Made a separate reservation for the following night for my co-worker several weeks ago and he said there was none despite the morning clerk easily finding it. Hampton Inns are going down hill fast.

Room was great, staff were amazing and went over and beyond what they needed to. Location and price were amazing to what I originally thought.

Rooms where nice easy in and out access and breakfast service was great and all employees we’re welcoming would come back if i am in the area again

Location was private, quiet and near main highway. Rooms were clean. Staff was very friendly.
