Enjoyed our stay. Service was good - stayed during public holidays and was able to request towels to be replaced and was done. Really nice place to stay.

Not a bad place place to stay. Near the beach, shopping centre, restaurants and amenities. The hotel is opposite the beach. The room is spacious and clean. We enjoyed our stay and will come back again.

The location was perfect, in the heart of Frankston. The studio room was a good size and clean upon arrival. I had a very comfortable stay. The service staff were nice, arranged parking and offered excellent directions to the places I inquired about in Frankston.

It is very convenient to travel. The train station, bus station and supermarket are just a few minutes away. The beach is a few minutes away. The service is superb. There is a kitchen and laundry room. Free laundry and drying. It is a must-choose every time. It would be even more perfect if the air conditioning in the gym could be repaired.

The balcony has a beautiful view and the room is spacious and bright. The location is convenient, you can walk directly to the train station and the seaside. However, the soundproofing is not very good and you can hear sounds from the corridor outside the room at night.

The room is relatively large. The entrance to the parking lot is at the back and is very difficult to find. Parking is $35 a day. Otherwise, it's normal. Can't say it's good or bad. The king bed is actually two beds combined.

The double room written on the details page is a 3-meter large bed, and the twin room is two 1.3-meter beds. Please note! When I filled in my preferences after booking, I chose a twin room, but when I checked in, the hotel said it had not received any information that I wanted a twin room. They had reserved a double room for me if I needed a twin room. , they can go to the room and help me separate the two beds. The hotel said that the double room is a 2-meter large bed, which means that the twin room is two 1-meter beds. In addition, the entrance to the parking lot is behind the hotel. There is a sign at the entrance, but it is recommended to call in advance to reserve a parking space. It is 35 dollars per night.

The best hotel I could find in the Frankston area and there was no other choice. Not to mention anything else, Australia is only at this level, but the Internet speed is really shocking. There are even more than 10K, and the Internet is disconnected from time to time. The hotel staff is helpless.

Our check in was from 2pm. We arrived at 8pm and they hadn’t even made our beds yet. No Netflix on the TV. No condiments at all. Other than that the apar**ent was clean.

Absolutely beautiful rooms, very clean, amazing showers and amenities. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

When we arrived to our room the cleaner had not been able to clean our room. The bed wasn’t made and there was still stuff everywhere from previous guests. Although this was an issue the lady at reception did help us out by giving us some money back that we appreciated very much. Other than that it was a good experience and we enjoyed our stay

Great customer service from the front desk. Room was clean and spacious. Well equiped and quiet. Block out blinds and kitchen. Thanks for a great couple of days.
