Hubby and I just got home from our long Cape Town holiday so now I have time to write a review. We stayed at Le Petit Manoir from the 28th - 30th May and oh my god it was amazing! If I could give 10 stars instead of 5 I would, it was without a doubt the best experience we have ever had. A small, boutique hotel of 10 rooms, means an incredibly personable experience. You are always welcomed with a smile, a chat and nothing is too much trouble, whether it’s ordering a car, a dinner reservation or organising food to be delivered to your room. Nightly turn down service, with little treats on your bedside table and a mini bar with lots of snacks and drinks was a lovely touch. Breakfast each morning was delicious and again we were always welcomed by one of the owners. Wine tasting in the cellar, a plunge pool & fire place in our room, it was absolute perfection. When we come back to Cape Town which might be next year, we will definitely be staying here again. We haven’t stopped raving about this place to our family & friends both in South Africa & Australia. Thank you guys, All our love Bec & Tyson 🇦🇺 xx

Fab visit at Le Manoir, the whole team very helpful especially connecting ahead of arrival to book restaurants, advise on travel options and support a seamless journey. Rooms are beautiful and comfortable with everything you might need. Food is all home made the breads and chutneys and fruit compote with breakfast so delicious and nice to have home made when you have been travelling alot! Lovely pool and lounging area but also right in the middle of Franschoek so walking distance from bars, shops and restaurants - would highly recommend.

Just perfect! Everything about this place is spot on and for us can’t be faulted. The room was amazing, breakfast excellent, pool area beautiful, the bar area really comfortable and welcoming and the owners and staff couldn’t have been more helpful. The little touches makes this place so special with excellent wines and treats in the fridge in the room, bottled water replaced daily with a coffee machine and milk frother in the room too. It’s also on the man street so easy to walk to the many restaurants and bars. Would I return ? Absolutely I would in a heart beat. Thanks you JP and Frank for a fabulous stay

Stayed 9 nights in suite 3. Absolutely beautiful 10 room hotel. Decor exquisite. Room exceptional. Every attention to detail is considered. Breakfast lovely and very flexible. Location is right in the middle of Franschhoek. Apart from the room what makes this place is the team. To a person they could not do more for you!! If it is your first stay in Franschhoek simply ask their advice and they will book restaurants and visits for you. The Tuk Tuk wine tasting tour is a hoot. We sincerely hope to return!

Charming boutique hotel in the center of Franschhoek - a perfect location to explore the wine lands and enjoy a relaxing and romantic stay. Rooms were spacious, recently renovated, with luxurious, tasteful design, and attention to detail. Staff was extremely kind going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, helping us with booking attractions and restaurants, and preparing an early breakfast to accommodate our travel plans. The breakfast area and pool were beautiful, and the bar adds a nice touch. We are looking forward to visiting again.

Perfectly positioned in Franschoek delighted to have enjoyed the most perfect boutique hotel we have ever stayed at… every single detail from the rooms, the staff, the food, on a par with the best hotels of the world, but so much more personal.. The creativity and thought that has gone into furnishing, decor, rooms, alongside all the fabulous little touches that make for a brilliant experience. We can’t recommend highly enough and will be back at the first / next opportunity ..

Short stay to do wine tram. Helpful in booking reservations for dinner and dealing with dietary requirements. Very nice balcony although was loud in day time. Hot tub took some practice to get to right temperature. Only small issue we had was with some noise from corridor outside room but we would return.
