Domus Park Hotel & Spa

Luckily we only had dinner, the menu included drinks and non-stop pizza with chips, too bad we only received a single dish with 3 small slices of stuffed pizza, a slice of rustic cake and three tiny fries and.....ENOUGH! At the price of €20 per person, a bottle of white wine and a carafe of coca cola very diluted in water, not even a coffee or a dessert. Surreal dinner, terrible service and place highly not recommended. Obviously afterwards we went to a restaurant because we were very hungry!

Of one star because you can't do less. We stayed in the suite with an 8 month old girl, to have more space: the space in the bed area was SMALLER than a standard one. There was so little space around the bed that the fridge door was bumping against the bed. The air conditioner was aimed at the bed and blew unbearably cold air in my face, also because the internal flaps were BROKEN and couldn't be adjusted. Terribly DIRTY. Stained carpet, stained sofa, stained door. A mess. As if that wasn't enough, in the hotel's garden bar, under our window, they played disco MUSIC at full volume until 00:30 for (a few) external customers. When we called, they said the hotel was full and no one had complained. They didn't care at all about the INCONVENIENCE they were causing (especially with a very small child) and which no one had warned us about. In the morning at breakfast (canned corn flakes, packaged biscuits, a nutellina and a jam) we realized that the ONLY table set was ours, as was the car in the parking lot! The hotel was EMPTY and now I honestly understand why! Run away like hell and even if it were the only hotel in the world, rather SLEEP IN THE CAR!

The structure is very nice and certainly in the summer it can be appreciated much more also given the large garden and swimming pool. I stayed with my family in a very spacious quadruple room also equipped with an outdoor terrace, which however is poorly maintained and accessible from all the other adjacent rooms. It was also not the best of comfort as the mattresses were very bad, especially that of the sofa bed, it felt like sleeping on a fakir's bed. The breakfast was just as bad: tarts and packaged donuts from the supermarket are offered, but the real culmination is the family-sized Kinder Brioss still left packaged on the buffet table. There was no trace of croissants, fruit or salty. But I feel like breaking a lance in favor of the staff as they have always been kind and courteous towards us. But I certainly would not recommend anyone to stay here until the above services are significantly improved.

I celebrated my 30th birthday party last night, I was supported in the smallest details by Giuliana, a super kind person, available and competent in her work, in fact she and her roommates made an unforgettable evening. A 10 and praise welcome, delicious and abundant food, beautiful location. Thank you for making this important day truly unforgettable.

When you go away from home, the basic requirement is to feel at ease. This is an issue that goes beyond the structure, but concerns the staff. I felt at ease here, in the reception people who were very kind and prepared on customer needs. I liked the structure, the room used was large and comfortable, including the bathroom. Average breakfast, I could not try the restaurant as it was closed, but they were able to recommend a very nice and typical place.
