Rooms are good but that doesn’t provide us house keeping. They us that they don’t have enough staff for house keeping

This hotel is in a nice suburb. With a very quick drive you could reach SanJose easily.

We came back from overseas after 3 months of travel to found that we had a water leak at home. So we picked the closest hotel to stay for a few days. This place is nice, it is a suite like room that felt like a lot of space. The breakfast is normal but it includes a lot of varieties.

Nice hotel clean and employee is very kind

It's very convenient for business travelers, with a large parking lot right outside. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The facilities are complete. The only downside is the elevator is a bit slow, but safety is paramount, so that's not an issue!

There were a lot of little hiccups during check-in, but the counter staff were very kind and friendly. In the end, I was even accidentally upgraded because of it, which was very lucky.

This was the worst hotel we stayed at during this trip. We stayed here for three nights, and despite making advance reservations and repeatedly confirming room cleaning, they never cleaned our room even once. The curtains were broken and wouldn't close on the first day, and although we scheduled someone to fix them with the front desk, no one came even after three days until check-out. Someone simply left a bag of new towels outside our room.

Facilities: Very complete Sanitation: Very clean

飯店房間內有微波爐, 咖啡機. 對商務人士來說還不錯. 但房間沒有礦泉水. 必須自備水壺到健身房裝水, 或是到超市買瓶裝水. 這是我覺得比較不方便的地方

很好 的地點 方便 房間裝修也很美觀舒適
