Hampton Inn & Suites Legacy Park-Frisco

We couldn’t sleep on the 3 nights we stayed there at room 208. Loud and horrible noise (above 90 dB). Called to the lobby to report and change room. Attendant told us all rooms ending on 8 (108, 208, etc) that are next to the elevator will be the same and that they are sold out. Never ever we had experience a situation like this.

Hotel was near by my destination. Clean and easy access. My only complaint was the air conditioner in the room sounded like it would let off steam every so often and would wake me up.

The walls a paper thin. Kept hearing noise from the other room and hall ways. The rooms are decent but nothing special

This hotel definitely was not my cup of tea from checking in went really really fast actually too fast and I know most people love a quick check in, but I have scoliosis and I asked the check-in lady if they had a room closer to the elevator and before I can even ask anything else She was already done. I was already in pain and had a broken tooth, so I really didn’t feel like going back-and-forth with her. Even if my room was prepaid, I wouldn’t mind paying a fee or whatever I needed to do to be more accommodating to my need she seemed like she was sick so she should have went home until she felt better , once I got into my room, it wasn’t the best , but within five minutes I already was already tired and I had to go downstairs and get more covers because mines were dirty !!! Shower paint was falling apart. There was a dresser drawer that was broken and completely fell off during our stay. Luckily, we wasn’t charged because I did let them know… they say the hotel was newly renovated, I guess newly renovated to hotels just me slapping on some paint and calling it a day didn’t look too good to me. Bathroom stink was stopped up toilet it made a weird noise and it just overall wasn’t a good experience for my money .

Staff was very nice, hotel was clean and uodated. Bed wasn't very comfortably but room waa spacious pretty clean

Staff was very friendly, I loved them. The Hotel is outdated and cold with no light in the room though.

Bedding was not cleaned and had stains. Pillows were small (square) and uncomfortable ( no option to add pic). Breakfast was average, have had better BF at other properties. Location is nice and convenient to our area of interest.

The water was cold when I took a bath. I had it on hot. It took awhile for it to get warm after I let all cold water out.The lady checkinG us in was nice. The muffins were good.The bananas were green. Ran out of dark roast coffee. We have stayed here many times. Thank you for being there on Thanksgiving.

There was a roach crawling around in my bathroom. They were out of coffee and eggs and had two wait and scarf it down right before I had to leave. Room was ok otherwise. Low water pressure.
