I was here for a week first for a work meeting then a weekend Cheer Competition that turned into Snowed in.
This place was wonderful. The breakfast is AMAZING !

Breakfast was amazing. Proximity to the Comerica Center for our event was greatly appreciated. Rooms were clean, staff was friendly. My only complaint was that the elevator was so slow. But otherwise, a fantastic stay. We'll be back!

Sink was broken, would not drain. Bar had cheap alcoholic drinks, no high quality stuff. Charged 10 dollars for self parking which was uncalled for, very few cars there. Shower was nicely built but water pressure varried during use. Was not impressed, hotel is over rated.

Pay parking on site for $10 per day which we didn't know before hand. Housekeeping made beds every day, but thats about all they did. Room was not cleaned very well and in room coffee was not restocked. We had to ask the front desk for Coffee every single day.

We stay here every time we visit the Dallas/Fort Worth area and absolutely love it. The staff is so friendly and very knowledgeable of the area. The hotel is located so close to our favorite shopping centers and plenty of restaurants around. We love this place and would recommend to anyone. Oh and their beds are soooo comfy. I always get a great night sleep when I am here

All was good with this hotel including cleanliness, service, breakfast and condition. The only complaint I have is that nothing was mentioned about a daily parking fee ($10) on the booking site. I have stayed at many hotels in the Frisco area and none of them charge for parking.

Really nice hotel in a fabulous location. Staff was friendly, rooms were clean. Only $10 a night for parking. Overall great hotel.
