Days Inn by Wyndham Brockville

Figured it was just valentines and five years living together and 5.5 years together plus my birthday We went on a 3 day trip all rooms had a jacuzzi suite Howard Johnson in Gananoque have a jacuzzi suite room who knew? And we stayed a night at the days inn in Brockville a queen suite with jacuzzi tub close to everything spent the day shopping and looking at all kinds of stores and places to eat! Maronies best breakfast in Gananoque! Brockville Days inn had a hot breakfast eggs sausage waffles cereal it was a romantic get away close to home A nice jacuzzi tub and cold brew or white chilled on ice wine it was fun so the room was a good price would stay at both Wyndham hotels again! Who knew that Howard Johnson had a jacuzzi suite

The front desk employee that we dealt with that worked during the day that we checked in and also the day that we left was unbelievably rude, cold and dismissive. My husband and I were only in the area to have a memorial of my daughter’s passing and staying at this hotel was just horrid because of the way that she treated us. She doesn’t even acknowledge guests (like even just looking at them) when they approach when she is on the phone so you stand there for the better part of ten minutes. Then she seems annoyed that you are still there. I asked her about a product that was served at breakfast and she just giggled and told me that she would go and find out…so I stood there, and she gave me an annoyed look like are you still standing here?!? And then said “I will do it and tell you at check out”. And then when I came to check out, she simply told me “oh the box just says sausages”. On top of that the hotel is very “run down”…in order to pull the door shut when we were leaving the room we had to put the key card in as it would make a loud bang. We obviously weren’t the only ones that experienced this “Issue” as banging doors kept me up almost all night. I will recognize two employees. One was a lovely woman that was working housekeeping (older woman with blonde hair); and Kora. I recognize Kora because I called the hotel to actually find out the information that I had asked for before leaving and Kora was more than happy to actually take the time look into it.

I was disappointed they placed me and my young daughter next to the entrance. Looked very flimsy and it was noisy with ins and outs of smokes going outside. Breakfast was very lean. But the coffee was hot.

Not a very inviting facade. Furnishings are top notch but the fact that is has been renovatd doesn't do it for me. Its an okay hotel. I had no advance warning of the $200.00 deposite requirement

Old neglected property. It was much better before. It is going downhill. In needs of urgent repairs

Room smelled heavily of smoke, generally grimy, tv didn’t work, asked for it to be fixed, was told they would send someone, never did, slept with my clothes on.

We were well received and the office staff was really helpful. Our problem stands from the fact that there was a constant noise outside of the hotel. Don't know what it was but it prevented us from having a quiet night and it woke us up many times during the nicht. Breakfass was ok.

Heating unit did not work properly. Wash basin drain plugged. Toilet loose rocked back and forth on floor. The bed mattress was old, well used, noisy and extremely uncomfortable. This place needs a total upgrade it is run down.

The hotel is on the older side but is kept clean and was perfect location. Price is quite good. Breakfast included was quite nice as well
