Convenient to drive to, plenty of parking spaces, the service is all Japanese, very warm, polite and reliable, unlike new hotels where there are foreign workers affecting the experience The hotel is old but well maintained. From the hospitality to the cleaning to the service, it was excellent and better than expected for the price. The only downside was that the water pressure in the shower in my room was so weak that it was almost unusable. It was a bit disappointing as everything else was perfect. However, there was a large public bath and even including the shower, it was a very nice ryokan! Thank you very much.

After admiring the lavender at Oishi Park, we headed to the hotel. There was some traffic along the way, so it took us nearly 45 minutes to get there. It was just past dinner time, which was between 6 and 7 p.m., though it wasn't specifically mentioned on trip.com. If you've booked a two-meals package with this time, be aware of this. The food was excellent. I'd seen their excellent food on Jalan and was drawn to it. It was indeed delicious, and after dinner, I enjoyed a glass of peach, which made me feel wonderful. The hotel is large and well-equipped, with a bath, open-air bath, and foot bath. The room was spacious, and the bed was incredibly comfortable—large and soft.
