I booked a private hot spring room for two nights, but they only provided one bath sachet upon check-in. They didn't restock it on the second day, and when I asked, they said it's one sachet regardless of how many nights you stay, and you have to buy more yourself. So what's the point of booking a private hot spring then? Or maybe they just don't welcome guests staying multiple nights. It's truly baffling. The room was incredibly dusty; you could see lint everywhere. The service staff's customer service attitude was practically non-existent. Breakfast options were very limited. I definitely won't be staying at this hotel again.

The hotel location is convenient, right in the center of the county. The lobby is grand. The room was clean, and the bedding was comfortable, though a little firm. The bathroom had a wet/dry separation, and the amenities were good. The night view was beautiful. The breakfast offered a rich selection of both Western and Chinese options. The service was mediocre, and staff training was clearly lacking. Out of three elevators, one couldn't reach the 5th-floor rooms, a detail the front desk completely failed to mention. Dragging my luggage, it felt like walking into a nightmare, which was quite startling. When I requested to change my 'non-smoking room' that reeked of smoke, the front desk, after consulting with someone, actually offered an 'upgrade' to an even worse tatami room, which I flatly refused.

FYI, this hotel is not the Radisson, it’s called Landison, hope this gets updated on Trip. The hotel is quite large, the foyer is fancy with many statues and ornaments. The room is a good size, clean and comfortable. Staff left a small bowl of fruit, nice gesture. I personally didn’t like the reddish stained floor which matches the furniture, but it’s typical of local style. The hot springs are lovely, and not super busy, fruit and savoury snacks provided in the chill out area. The pool is suitable for both kids and adults as it has lots of stream jets. Breakfast was standard. Hotel staff were pleasant and a couple can communicate in basic English. Lots of restaurants around hotel. Overall a lovely and relaxing one night stay.

The service was excellent, and every employee was even more friendly. The room was clean, the hot spring water was fresh, and the facilities were all new and clean. The breakfast was varied and delicious. Overall, the value for money was excellent!
