From the complimentary glass of Prosecco when checking in to the gift when checking out, this is one of the loveliest hotels I have ever stayed in...and I've stayed in a few! The room was superb with neatly laid out quilts, slippers, dressing gown, sweets. There was small complimentary bottles of Prosecco and orange juice. The ensuite was lovely with plenty of toiletries. The breakfast room was vast, but very tastefully designed. The range of food on offer for breakfast was overwhelming! Outside there's a large terrace, ideal for sitting, eating, drinking & relaxing after a long day travelling on my motorbike. All the staff were very polite, warm & welcoming, most spoke very good English. I'm booking again for next year to take my wife and we'll stay longer this time.

Location perfect for skiing. Several staff members were extremely rude. Food varied from good to terrible. Service was poor, we arrived at lunchtime and ordered food which never turned up despite waiting for over an hour and trying to get the attention of the waitress. I've been skiing for 32 years and I won't be returning to this hotel in a hurry!

Pro features: spacious room, heating throughout the whole day, good restaurant food also featuring local cuisine, very close to ski gondola(can walk with ski boots) , face painting for kids on 1 evening, and of course good sevice , especially waiters from Serbia, Romania and Hungary. Nice restaurant setting for dinners. Nice Forrest fruit options at fruit corner. Electric vehicle charging station. Cons: spa area nice but could not use pool, water was freezing on all days(could not let kids in) No Fitness area/room. Sauna area nice, but only full naked is allowed. Beauty massage procedures available only in the afternoon. No heated place to dry anything in the room (like gloves). Pillows not good quality, felt old/used. Not very many options if one is vegan . Not even if vegetarian-if you order vegetarian dish , you will get 90%dairy products and gluten pasta on your plate. People with dogs inside hotel-for us was a minus, since some family members are allergic.

Zillertal area is very nice like a painting. Our hotel room was much bigger than we expected and it was modern. The food is always delicious and fresh. Staff speak several languages and waiters are very entertaining:) Local top quality beer is available.

Sehr nettes Personal, gute Auswahl beim Essen. Sonderwünsche werden nach Möglichkeit erfüllt. Das Zimmer hat eine gute Grösse. Das Bad ist auch gut ausgestattet. Die Saunalandschaft hat für jeden etwas. Wir kommen wieder. Die Fitnesskurse die ich besucht habe waren gut.

Zwischen Ankunft und Abreise 10 Tage einzigartige Erholung und Genuss pur! Die Küche zaubert täglich köstliche Menüs oder Spezialitäten Buffets hervor. Vormittags die Natur in der Umgebung genossen - am Nachmittag Sauna, Heubad, Massagen, Solarium oder ein paar Runden im Schwimmbad.

Alles perfekt wie bisher jedes mal! Zimmer super, Ausblick bei täglich perfektem Wetter sowieso genial. Personal immer freundlich und hilfsbereit, egal ob Rezeption, Restaurant oder Wellnessbereich. Service auch stets zuvorkommen.
