This is my first time to travel to Mount Fuji alone. The hotel room is small, but it is acceptable for staying alone. The price is affordable and the waiters are very friendly. It is suitable for tourists traveling to Japan.

I think it is a good place to stay for business or if you plan to be out all day. I was visiting my sister in town and it worked out okay, but it really threw me off when I found out I had to be out of the hotel between 10-3. It’s not like regular hotel where you can come and go at your leisure. I also was not crazy about having to lock my shoes to enter, and if you happen to return to hotel when there is a line of people checking in, you have to wait just to get your key for your shoe box.
The room is clean and the bed was comfortable, but the particular room I was in had no closet. You basically had to live out of your bag/suitcase. I got used to it after few days but you do have to adjust your expectations. Overall, my stay at this hotel was fine, but I was not crazy about it.
