Everything is very good , perfect position, friendly staff but sometimes they don’t understand English

Totally love the location, very near to Fuji station. Good clean and spacious room. But one thing, need to walk a little bit to find food or convenience store , as it was located on the other side area. Overall nice hotel for short trip.

Room 513, weekend rate. Room noticeably better furnished and maintained than those you get during the week. Still, limescale on the tapware and dusty window frame. Just a little more clean effort and these can be easily addressed. Inconsiderate international tourists can be a nuisance for your sleep.

Great value accommodation! I was worried because there were a lot of bad reviews, but I think it's a great deal for this price. The accommodation itself is clean, but there are some dust and dirt in every corner. The view of the JR station was also unexpectedly romantic and nice. The soundproofing is not good, so you can hear everything from the room next door to the sound of water running in the bathroom. Even though I go to JR until 1 a.m., it’s noisy^^ About 10 minutes from a convenience store? There is a distance

It's right next to Fuji Station. There is no service and the room and blankets smell like an old country attic. You can see Mount Fuji from your room. Even though it's right next to the train tracks, the soundproofing isn't bad. They say to drink water from the sink... .. You can see a paper manufacturing company right in front of the station.

It's in a good location right next to Fuji Station. There's a supermarket and 100 yen shop right there, but it's a bit of a walk to the convenience store. I stayed over the weekend. The bar district is on the other side of the station, so it's quiet. There are days when freight trains run early in the morning, so some people might find it annoying. This hotel is fine for Livmax regulars, but I wish they would do something about the cheap, defective shower head. The Wi-Fi was a bit unstable and a bit slow, but I was able to use a slightly larger room and it was generally comfortable. The customer service was more polite than at the neighboring hotel I stayed at before. If I'm staying in this area again, I'd like to stay here again.

The room is very musty. The water was not draining well. Wash your face, brush your teeth. But the bathroom flooded.
