We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The highlight was definitely the view of Mount Fuji waking up to such a clear and beautiful view was truely unforgettable. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making our stay very relaxing. What stood out the most was the hospitality. The staff were extremely warm, attentive, and always ready to help, which made us feel very welcomed throughout our stay. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Location: The location is perfect for admiring Mount Fuji – we could see the mountain clearly even from the ground floor! The villa is very car-friendly with easy parking. However, without a car, it might be tricky to walk around at night due to limited lighting. Cleanliness: Spotless! Everything was impeccably clean, including the kitchen – felt brand new. Kitchen & Amenities: The kitchen is well-equipped with most utensils provided, except cooking oil, making it ideal for cooking meals like sukiyaki or shabu-shabu. We loved preparing our own hot pots. I prefer to have laundry and dishwasher. Staff: The staff were friendly, helpful, and quick to assist with anything we needed. Tip: If staying multiple nights, consider requesting no daily cleaning – they offer shop coupons in return. It’s a smart, fair perk for guests who prefer privacy! Overall, a fantastic stay with breathtaking Fuji views and great value. We’d happily return!

Amazing view on Mt.Fuji! I would say it is the best you can get around Kawaguchiko because its location slightly hillside with its rooftop terrace. We woke up with a breathtaking view directly on Mt.Fuji. It is a big house with two floors, two bathrooms, two toilets, four beds and really spacious livibg rooms. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. Would totally reccomend and we loved our stay there.
