Do not know is old style hotel or house keeping didn’t do a great job. Good thing is need remove shoe cause tatami flooring. Air purifier has mold on it. I like when can open a small gap of the window for cool fresh air. Got a room with Mt fuji view with electric cable but can edit in photo. Hot spring is great. Toilet is like build in kind with a step up and small. Need to turn on hot cold water tap to combine to get warm water. Probably is rural area so overall condition should be good.

The hotel is easily reachable from the station either by feet or using the shuttle provided. It's a bit far from the lake but if you enjoy walking you want have any issue. It was nice to sleep in a traditional room which was well equipped and also comfortable. One thing to take into account: if you book a room with the view of Mount Fuji bear in mind there will be poles blocking the view. Not a big deal but do not expect a clear and unblocked view. Lastly, at the onsen tattoes are not accepted.

Amazing hotel! We were there 3 nights with 1 year old baby. Every day we visited onsen, it was free. You can get your size yukata dress for your time in onsen. Breakfast and dinner buffet are really good, some Chinese and western food you can find if you need. Very delicious chicken liver and octopus. You can see Fuji mount from some rooms and from the restaurant. They have free shuttle bus to Kawaguchiko bus station, we used it few times. The hotels owner is from China and some stuff speak Chinese.

The hotel is located in Fuji Kawaguchiko, boasting beautiful and comfortable surroundings and featuring an onsen. Our Japanese-style room was spotlessly clean and tidy, offering views of Mount Fuji. The bathroom was a little small but perfectly acceptable. Overall, it was a decent stay.

I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The onsen facilities were excellent, and the location offered stunning views of Mt. Fuji. Wonderful experience overall comfortable stay, great location, and relaxing onsen.

Our stay was comfortable and we enjoyed the onsen bath though it was man-made spring water. The Japanese breakfast was good too. Unfortunately the Mount Fuji was blocked by clouds during the rainy season. I would recommend the hotel to add a guest laundry room and more wall hooks for hanging clothes in the room. Thank You.

This is my second time staying here. The first time I got a normal room, but this time I tried to book a Fuji view room. However, I found that not only could I not see Fuji because the weather was bad, but there was also an electric pole blocking the view in front of the room. Actually, it should be called Fuji side rather than Fuji View because many people think that opening the window will make for beautiful photos of Fuji. But like this, even if the weather is good, the photos won't be beautiful, and the staff are very difficult to explain or understand, making me have to wait. They have no service mind.

Value for money hotel with public onsen. Too bad we didn’t use it. The room air conditioner was a bit too stuffy and didn’t seem to be adjustable. Cleanliness was top notch. Many parking available. Very strategic location. Slight let down is no Mount Fuji view because of the cloudy raining weather

I had a wonderful stay at Fuji Kawaguchiko Resort Hotel. The shuttle service provided was really convenient, especially for getting to and from Kawaguchiko Station. The hospitality was excellent, the staff were warm, helpful, and made me feel very welcome. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable,m. Overall, a very pleasant experience and I would definitely recommend it to others visiting the area.

Overall the stay was good, onsen was clean.  Only issue is that for the shuttle going back to hotel, you need to call for pick up, how about those who dont have sim to call? I ended up walking from the station or fuji-q

1 km / 10 minutes walk from Kawaguchiko Train Station. Osen available. Room rate come with buffet dinner and breakfast

Hotel room was good, but a bit noisy as I was directly opposite the water/ice/vending machine room and near the bath
