Really liked this hotel. Spacious room, perfect for a large family. It was clean and had everything we needed. The staff were very pleasant. You get excellent views of Mount Fuji through the panoramic windows. If the weather cooperates, the views are absolutely stunning.

The room was very spacious, and the balcony offered a great view of Mount Fuji. It's about a ten-minute walk to the station, and the area around the hotel is also very beautiful. I would definitely choose to stay here again the next time I visit Mount Fuji.

The room size is ok with Mt Fuji view. About 10mins walk from Kawaguchiko station. This hotel is just an apartment style hotel where there is no restaurant or facilities.

I booked this hotel specifically for the view of Mount Fuji from the room, costing over 2,200 HKD. The location was a bit remote. The cleanliness, however, was absolutely terrible. As soon as I opened the hotel brochure, I found stains. Then, in the bathroom, I discovered numerous black bugs. There were also many black bugs on the windowsill and in the curtains. The bed had yellow stains, and the TV was broken. The price was equivalent to a five-star hotel, but the hygiene was worse than a two-star. We were afraid to use the towels and didn't dare to stay in the bathroom for long because of the horrifying black bugs. Given the stains on the bed, I didn't even dare to sleep in short sleeves or shorts, fearing insect bites. After such a dreadful experience, I would never go back.

the suite was excellent. no words to describe it, the entire third floor of the building was the suite we booked and the view of fuji from the room was immaculate. service was exemplary from the time we stepped in. definitely would book again, thank you so much!

Fantastic views! It was so relaxing, especially waking up in the morning and seeing Mount Fuji right there. If I ever come back, I'd definitely stay here again. I'd also recommend it to my friends ❤️

A truly wonderful memory from my trip to Japan! If I had to pick the most satisfying hotel I booked in Japan, it would definitely be The Garden! I feel like this hotel made my Mount Fuji trip even more memorable and incredibly worthwhile! After checking in, the moment I opened the bedroom door, I was absolutely stunned – it was truly, truly beautiful, an indescribable feeling. The next morning, opening the curtains to reveal Mount Fuji right in front of me felt incredibly blissful!

Good and nice place very comfortable place and Mt Fuji very beautiful

The hotel room is much larger compared to city hotels, and you can clearly see Mount Fuji from your room. While transportation around Lake Kawaguchiko doesn't run very late, the hotel offers bicycle rentals, which is convenient for reaching more distant convenience stores and restaurants. Although it's a few minutes' walk from the station, the path is flat and not crowded, so even with large luggage, it's not an issue.

This is an Instagram-worthy hotel. From the room, you can see a full view of Mount Fuji, like a painting. The hotel provides free parking. There's a kitchen in the room with an induction hob, pots, dishes, a refrigerator, etc., so you can buy groceries from the supermarket and cook at the hotel. The wardrobe has an exhaust fan, which can help dry slightly damp clothes. The shower has strong water pressure, giving a massage-like feeling. There are plenty of electrical outlets. The bed and pillows are on the softer side. Bicycle rental service is available.
