Nice hotel nice view and close to the station, it is an unforgetable trip to my family the first time visit Japan

Hotel is not new enough but it is really clean in the room. You can see a really beautiful mountain view in the room. Highly recommended

1. Location just at the bank of lake kawaguchiko. Walking distance to the Ropeway and Cruise. About 10 minutes walk to Kawaguchiko Stat. 2. The so called Mt Fuji view room did not give us a full view of Mt Fuji but blocked by the growing tall trees. We merely see the top of the mountain. Not worth the price we paid for. You can see from the photo attached. 3. The room is spacious and pretty clean. 4. They provide cleanser, lotion, moisturise asides shampoo, conditioner, body shower, tooth brush, etc. I would said you can stay there without need to worry much.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel overall. The rooms were comfortable, and the service was excellent. However, I did notice that the area before the bathroom tended to be wet, which was a bit inconvenient. It might be helpful to look into this issue. Thanks for a pleasant stay otherwise!

The hotel is old style but very well maintained with good facilities & excellent service. It's senior friendly with grab bars in the toilet & ramps. Awesome view of the lake or view of Mt. Fuji if not shrouded in the cloud.

Fuji lake hotel is one of the best location for visiting the front side is lakeview room and another side is Fujisan view. The hotel close to Fuji Panorama Ropeway took about 500 meters to walk. As for the room is kind of old because it has been built for more than 100 years it's nice to see this hotel still on service with many customer. As for the best snack I recommend apple juice if you choose this place you cant miss this beverage. Overall I recommened for both family and friend group to visit.

It’s my first time to go Fuji lake with hot spring! Nice dinner and breakfast buffet! Very convenient as can rent bikes and excellent bread shop in one minute walk!

First time to stay at Fuji Lake for two nights as we have planned to visit Kawaguchiko for two days. Fuji lake situates at a good site where you can take bus to nearby spots so no need to buy bus excursion ticket which costs Yen2, 800. Although no Fuji San view at room, you can view the beautiful mountain at the restaurant and the Observation Deck. Strongly recommend to stay at Fuji Lake.

Shuttle bus is not on schedule every 30 minutes from 1400 to 1700 taking customers to hotel from station. Buffet is nice, but not a wide range of variety, only sushi, sashimi and beef are good. Breakfast buffet choice is limited too, not customized to non-japanese guests. The room is spacious and tidy with a good lake view. The hotel location is near to ropeway station which is good and convenient. Overall, i have a good experience accommodating there.
