The hotel feels a bit old, but the room was quite spacious. My only complaint is that I accidentally booked a smoking room, and the cigarette smell just wouldn't go away. If you don't like the smell of smoke, be careful not to book a smoking room. Everything else was fine.

The hotel's location is superb. We could see Mount Fuji up close right from our balcony. The hotel is also quite near the station. There is Vietnamese restaurant in the hotel if you like hot asian food.

The staff was really nice and helpful! Also there were very delicious traditional breakfasts provided for extra charge that was more than affordable. The hotel is not far from the station, about 10-15 minutes walk with beautiful views on the Mountain Fuji and cozy streets. If you go left you’ll come across lots of shops and cafes. The hotel itself is pretty old, but renovated and has huge rooms (especially in Japan). Didn’t get the information about trash collecting, nobody did it and it was a bit inconvenient. Anyway, I adored this place and didn’t have any troubles. Thank you so much!

The hotel’s check-in and check-out times are very unfriendly: check-in is only available at 3:00 p.m., but guests are required to check out by 10:00 a.m. The room didn’t even provide bottled water, which is far below the standard of hotels in Tokyo. The hygiene was very poor—there was a strong, unpleasant smell when filling the bathtub for a bath, and I also noticed many dirty and unclean areas. The check-in process was quite troublesome, requiring a series of self-service registration steps using a passport.
