Kawaguchiko Station Inn

Very well positioned, directly in front of the station. Room was basic, but clean and offered all we required. The staff were friendly, and seemed to be available 24/7! I couldn't use the Onsen as I have tattoos, but it looked like it provided a great view of fuji-san. My friend noted loud other guests keeping him awake close to midnight, but again what can you expect from a budget stay. We could open our bedroom window in the morning and see fuji-san!

This is our second time staying at this hotel, and once again, we are absolutely thrilled! The location is a perfect 10 out of 10, with the bus and train stations literally just across the street. There are 7-Eleven and Lawson convenience stores nearby, a bank next door offering a great currency exchange rate, and plenty of souvenir shops and cozy restaurants around. As for the rooms, they offer the perfect value for money. Staying in a traditional Japanese-style room with a direct view of Mount Fuji is the best thing you could ever dream of! The hotel also features a wonderful onsen, which also looks out at the mountain. Everything is beautifully clean and well-maintained. The staff is incredibly polite and helpful. On the day we were supposed to check out, a typhoon was approaching, and our bus got rescheduled. The staff kindly offered us to stay and wait out the storm in a special recreation room with a TV and a ping-pong table, so we wouldn’t freeze outside in the rain. It was so incredibly sweet of them! Special thanks to the team for such amazing care! We will definitely come back again.

Very nice place to stay, just across the train/bus station. Amenities as per listed and would highly recommend for a simple and convenient place to sleep and rest.

The staff were very friendly. They stored our luggage before check in and brought it straight to the room. The hotel is located right next to the station, a lot of renting and shops outside. The view was for the mountain Fuji - very beautiful and amazing. The onsen was good, we relaxed after an intensive day. Room had everything needed and provided a full authentic japanese experience, including very tasty tea. Would recommend for visiting, 100% good quality for the price.

The location is very strategic, walking distance from Kawaguchiko station. The room feels authentic old japan house. Though they said no more room with mt fuji view that we requested, the window can still see mt fuji if you turn on the left. Though not directly and easily seen from window, that is enough for us which we really appreciate because we only booked 2 days before our stay. Luckily next day have clear view of Mt. Fuji.

Best location. Good Room Size. Best part is Kawaguchiko Station and Fuji is directly visible from room. There is a free onsen in same building. They provide normal towel a d onsen towel and night dress. These are replaced everyday.Room had a damp smell but when you start AC it goes. Toilets were good but need more ventilation.

The place is cozy and comfortable, located near the train station. Plus, the view of Mt. Fuji was amazing! 🤩

This is the second time stay that hotel. Location is convinient, clean and service is good, price was affordable.

Excellent location, just 2 min walk from kawaguchiko station. We stayed in a 6 tatami room with Mt. Fuji view right outside our window. Room is pretty clean, however we had minor issue with the AC unit blowing out dust for about half hour. The shared bathroom and shower were clean and they offer basic amenities like shampoo and body wash. Overall a good experience, pretty good value for the price.
