Location of this hotel is slightly far from the nearest Kawaguchiko Station, but they operate a free shuttle to/fro the station on demand so getting in and out was very easy. There was a bus stop right in front/across the road from the hotel which made travelling around very convenient as well. Our kaiseki service staff Kohei spoke good English and very kind and helpful to offer us recommendations for places nearby to visit! Although we never got the chance to meet the housekeeping staff, they were also very timely and quick in helping us set up the tatami mats for bedtime. We requested for the setup then went to check out the rooftop foot bath for 10 minutes — and the beds were already set up when we came back haha. Breakfast was also very scrumptious and had great variety. Would definitely come back if I visit Kawaguchiko again!

Fabulous hotel and have private Onsen just cost 3300 Yuen for 50 minutes. Love the dinner and breakfast.

A very traditional “onsen” hotel with very nice services. Their receptionists are nice and helpful, the staff serving dinner is professional.
We booked 1 nights with 2 meals 一泊二食 (dinner and breakfast). The dinner is sumptuous and the buffet breakfast is excellent.
I went to Onsen (hot spring) with my friends, they got 2 hot springs, 1 outside hot springs and 1 cool (15C spring) with relax me from my exhausted after the Mount Fuji walk.
They also have a foot spring on the root top where you can enjoy the Lake Kawaguchi view!

The room was very spacious and there were many amenities inside. The private bath in the room also offered a view of Mt Fuji. The hotel even provides free shuttle to and from the nearest station - Kawaguchiko station at any time.

The room was large and the lake view was beautiful, but I could clearly feel the inexplicable superiority of the waitress. When dinner was served, she was explaining the menu. She was very normal and polite at first. After I took a quick look at the dishes, she thought I was distracted. , said an extremely rude word of smell? It’s just that you are not listening, and in Japanese it is tameguchi, which is the grammar used by people with lower status than yourself. It is absolutely not allowed to be said to guests. I am very sure that it is because I am a foreigner/Chinese person that I am so rude. . Very bad impression, the service at the front desk is very good but it cannot make up for the attitude of this aunt.
