Recommend by my friend on this hotel and book the room for triple. Made the right choice as there is more space and able to watch Mt Fuji right in my room. It is a 5mins walk from Fuji-Q station. Hotel does provide free shuttle bus to Kawaguchiko station but need advanced booking. There are free amenities and there is public onsen for a relaxing evening after one whole day of sightseeing. We booked the breakfast and dinner buffets. Dinner was good because of the beef, however the menu doesn’t change hence, we got tired of eating the same food but given no choice as there are not much eateries around. Wish the menu can change abit. Overall, we are lucky to get a clear view of mt Fuji on 1st day.. then was hit by typhoon ended next 3 days can’t see much. Went to the amusement park to play the rides which was fun if you are daring. Staff are very friendly. Will highly recommend this hotel.

The service was quite responsive. It's about a 20-minute walk from Kawaguchiko Station. Both the breakfast and the hot spring were pretty good, and the room was decent. You can even see Mount Fuji during breakfast.

The hotel room is quite spacious, offering plenty of room. What they call a single bed could actually fit two people comfortably, and it even comes with an ergonomic pillow. The view from the window is stunning, with Mount Fuji clearly visible. It's not far from Fujikyu Station, just a 5-minute walk, and there's a large supermarket a bit further down the road. However, transportation options are limited, so you really need to check the bus schedule, otherwise you could be waiting at least half an hour for the next one.

The hotel is very close to Kawaguchiko Park, and the breakfast is good. There's also a hot spring bath on the seventh floor.

The most stunning thing about this hotel is the incredible view of Mount Fuji right from your window. Pulling back the curtains for the first time was truly breathtaking! I highly recommend waking up early and also checking it out in the afternoon, as it's pitch black at night and you can't see the mountain at all. The service was excellent. The staff were proactive in helping us book restaurants, which was a huge convenience. The room size was quite spacious for a Japanese hotel, and the bedding and bathroom were spotlessly clean – very comfortable to stay in. The onsen (hot spring) was generally decent; both the water quality and environment were clean. The outdoor bath (rotenburo) can get a bit windy, making your head feel a little cold. The hotel has a buffet restaurant, but the food options seemed pretty basic, so we didn't try it this time. Overall, it offers good value for money, and the Mount Fuji view alone makes it well worth the stay.

Had an amazing stay here! The view from the room was absolutely stunning — we could see the beautiful Mt. Fuji directly from the window, and it truly felt unreal ✨ One of the best parts was having breakfast while enjoying the breathtaking view of Mt. Fuji. The atmosphere was so peaceful and relaxing. Everything about the stay was wonderful, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Fuji area. It definitely made the trip even more memorable ❤️

The twin room was spacious and comfortable, and the room, including the onsen (hot spring bath), was very clean. There's a free water dispenser by the elevator on every floor, but the best part was the self-service laundry room – you just put in coins, and it automatically washes and dries your clothes, which is incredibly convenient. The hotel is right in front of Akasaka Station, making it easy to get to Lake Yamanaka and Oshino Hakkai. If you want to go to Lake Kawaguchiko, you'll need to go to the Kawaguchiko main station first, where there's a dedicated line to Lake Kawaguchiko at Platform 1.

Had a great stay! The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was very convenient.

The view of Mt. Fuji from the hotel was absolutely lovely. I also appreciated the pajamas they provided, super comfy and such a nice touch. There’s a spacious parking area too, which made everything really convenient.

Overall, it was good. We could see Mount Fuji very clearly
